Attending a wedding ”

I came to the area to attend a wedding and decided on this resort. I was in unit 428 of the Caravelle Tower. The unit was very below my expectations. Very dated and just overall didn't feel or looked clean. The bed was terrible, the couch was worse, and not to mention the extension cord setup they had going on for the lamps which were very dull. I had a issue with the tv and the maintenance guy act as if he was bothered and aggravated by that. I would most definitely not stay here again, not for the price I paid.

They need to do a remodel on the whole hotel. Do not trust pictures you see on the website. The pictures are probably from when they opened years ago. I asked for my money back. I left the same night.

Dirty but Good Location ”

We stayed in the Dry Dock building in May 2021. The 2 bedroom condo was dirty, including dead roaches in the bathrooms and splat/drip? marks on the walls. The sofa in the living room was advertised to be a pull-out, which it was not. Overall, definitely not worth the money.

Average condo hotel”

One room was clean but the other was not. When they say Oceanview, there is an obstructed view and if on lower floors, its not much of a view at all. Parking was a bear to find and so was the office. The outside areas are not maintained well. Oceanfront had a nice view.

Room was suppose to be non smoking but reaked of smoke. There was no phone or hair dryer in room. Staff did change us to another room

I give it one star do to when checking in i had to pay booking fee because I did not go through with them was know information when booking. Trying to get into my room the card reader was broken maintenence did not have another one to put on to fix the problem so got moved to another room that was not like a had book and down graded so asking if I can have a better oceanfront view front desk said no because I didn't book the room straight through them, always keep costumer happy know many what. Was very disappointed so I checked out and found a better resort for 2 more day's.

Staff is TRASH! ”

The room wasn’t what I expected from the picture. House keeping never came to bring us new wash cloths and towels! Never cleaned room. Front desk never answered the phone

Don't even know where to start from”

we have paid 400 dollars to stay in a nice room ,when we got there it was 1am after travelling 8 hours they could't find us on the system , we spent almost and hours trying to get in a room, at the end of the day they put us in the old building where their were roaches and nasty rooms we got room # 130 this is an experience i wouldn't recommend to anyone especially if you taking kids with you.... AGODA did an awful job...

Great hotel”

Great hotel away from crowded Myrtle beach strip, great pools. Main jacuzzi was over crowded. Two small jacuzzis could only fit 4 people which stayed full. So I missed my favorite part. Elevators were horribly slow for this size hotel. Hot with no AC, Aweful aweful aweful... If your in a rush, hang it up! Check out was omg THE WORST, with everyone trying to get down the elevators!! Tiki bar food was HORRIBLE!!! We got what appeared to be some type of huge hotdog and a hambuger. Hotdog was nasty, and grill guy burnt the hotdog bun! Hambuger was thick hard and tasted processed. Skip the food and go for bar drink instead. Restaurant in hotel was over priced didnt eat there. Over all we enjoyed our stay and will bring the kids back!!

In the midst of the COVID19 epidemic it was Grand. My family and I enjoyed the accommodations and the service was excellent.

Horrible customer service ”

The resort charged my card 3 times for the same stay. Twice while I was there and than a week after I checked out. The refrigerator did not work and the air conditioner leaked. The floor was wet the whole stay and the room smelled awful. Will never stay there again.

Bring earplugs to sleep!”

We enjoyed everything, minus people letting off multiple fireworks between 10:30-3:00 am each night. They were extremely loud making it very difficult to sleep. Unfortunately, the beach was littered at dawn each morning, but the city did a nice job of cleaning it each morning. If you stay up late, no problem. If you are an early to bed person, or light sleeper, not the best place at night.

The rooms were nice and clean and the staff was very nice. Not a lot of space for parking, but it was not a high traffic area. Every one stayed to themselves.

Most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. I wanted to bring it home. When you asked for more towels and such, they were here very quickly. Housekeepers do not come into your room while you are checked in for your safety as well as theirs.

Never Again”

Staff was rude, no customer service, lied to us about internet, gave wrong directions to condo, spent 45 mns looking for condo, was put in wrong unit, couldn't get in touch with front desk by phone, had to walk to office 5 times for issues. Unit smelled like mildew, dirty furniture, coffee table had no glass, very dissatisfied

Miserable”

My family stayed on the 8th floor well about 1 am the two rooms below me apparently we're having a house party it was so loud me nor my children could sleep ..... Ridiculous you spend 200 dollars for one night and you can not even sleep I ended up calling the police to the motel ..... I bring it to the manager attention when I check out and she gives me some story that she can't do nothing about it.....

Horrible rooms ”

We were given St. John’s inn Carpets in the room was filthy! Yuck When we went out, items from fridge were missing. We reported that to front desk. They didn’t do anything Parking is limited at the location. Definitely not coming back.
