Not bad for the money”
My boyfriend and I were taking a road trip for the New Year's holiday and everything was either booked or way over priced. We found this place and were worried about it as it was rated a 2 star. When we got there, the front desk lady was very nice! The check-in process was super fast and easy. Our room wasn't bad either, it was essentially a studio, had a full kitchen, and the room was quite roomy as well as the bathroom. The sheet smelled freshly cleaned. However, there was hair on the shower wall and a bit of sand on the floor (which is kind of understandable since it's super close to the beach). I'd stay again

So this place was about 10 min to Miramar beach access. It was cleaner than the last several places we stayed. It was safe and in a good location. The main thing, clean.

Great Location but not the best stay”
My husband and I booked last minute to get an extra day for our Honeymoon/1st Anniversary trip. The staff was very friendly, however there was no early check in available so we had to wait right until 3 to check in, then we were given a handicap room instead of the room we booked. The room smelled very heavy of some type of cleaner it took your breath as you walked in the door we had to leave a window open for a few hours. We only stayed one night and during that one night stay we had to kill 3 roaches. The "free breakfast" was just packs of oatmeal and a muffin, nothing that I would want to eat. Overall it wasn't horrible especially for the price considering other places. I wouldn't want to stay here again unless it was the only thing available.

Very expensive for a lower level hotel. Dirty floors, bugs, noisy a/c. Would not go back

Love the front desk staff ”
I really enjoyed my stay at the Destin FL location. The front desk staff: Delana, Valerie, Sheila the night shift employee I have him named as a Scott always provided excellent customer service. Professional with a welcoming smile assisting me everytime. That location was set in a great location allowing me to make lots of great money via the customer food orders.....kudos to the front desk staff...I still talk to many about you guys.....love yah!!!!!

I am enjoying my stay at the Destin, FL location, the staff is always professional and assist on high level ....I was always welcome upon my return from a long work day or an outie........I love extended stay so much that I will continue to call the facility my home until I am blessed with my own place. Comfortable suites and clean... Thank you..,

Clean nice hotel on a budget this would be a good one for you or you and your family ..the room when I checked in was prepared and clean ..the Furnishings were appropriate ...the staff was friendly and helpful...I noticed a small pool and appeared to be very clean and well-kept.. the parking lot was large enough to accommodate all guests and within reasonable walking to the rooms ..with no shady characters noted and the parking lot was being observed by hotel staff/watchers......Cons-breakfast is very limited....(buy breakfast at the grocery...cook in room...bring skillet/pots/kitchen tools...or go out for breakfast.. I would stay again and I would recommend it to my family members and Friends for a nice economical Hotel in Destin Florida......stayed May2019 x3days......Keith/Ky
