Perfect location. Spacious room in Tokyo’s standards. ”
Awesome view. Room was spacious for Tokyo’s standards. Room was very clean. We had a King Sized Bed which was very comfortable. The pillows were very soft and comfy too. Very accessible. Location was superb. It was just a few steps away from Shinjuku station. Airport Express Train has a stop at this station. You can also ride the Airport Limousine Bus straight from the hotel. Easy to get on and off the train to go to different areas in Tokyo. Malls were also very near the hotel so easy to shop. The area was very quiet (which was a good thing for us). But if you’re the type who wants to go around at night and eat/drink, this is not the place. But if you’re okay to walk a little further, you can actually reach the brighter 24hr life of Shinjuku at the other side (East exit from the train station, i think. Hotel was at the South Exit.) Staff were polite and friendly. They were very helpful. Overall 5/5 for me. :)

Very convenient and clean”
I’m staying in a deluxe twin with my 2 kids age 10 and 11. We always travel with a portable blow up bed for the kids, this room is big enough to put my queen size blow up bed for my Son and my daughter sleeps with my on a super single bed. Kids below 12 can stay for free but will have to pay for their breakfast. The hotel is clean and never short of staff during breakfast time. This hotel is located near to Shinjuku bus station and JR station. Walking distance to shopping streets and across a linking bridge is takashimaya. There’s Limousine bus direct to hotel from airport too. It’s just so so so convenient for us.

Absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Century Southern Tower. We travelled with a 12 and 14 year old and it was the perfect hotel for our family. It was very close by and convenient to Shinjuku Station, major shopping centres such as Takishimaya and many restaurants nearby. The terrace walkway was modern, clean and convenient. We booked two adjacent rooms which were on the 31st floor and the views were fabulous of the city skyline and the rooms were very spacious. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel if travelling with teenage children and would stay here again next time we are in Tokyo. Fabulous hotel!

The Number 1 Choice”
Unparalled hospitality was what we experienced during our stay at the Biyu no yado ryokan in Yamanouchi, Nagano last month. Yukiko (the owner) and her team take pride in Omotenashi - service from the bottom of the heart. Yukiko is the most hands-on owner we have met. She leads by example, is fluent in English and personable. Typhoon Hagibis struck during our stay. Yukiko's assuring and warm disposition made us feel at home. She made her rounds to chat with each guest to see to our needs and concerns. Given the bad weather, all sight-seeing activities were cancelled and we had to stay indoors. Yukiko specially planned a 1.5 hours shopping trip to the nearest shopping mall, to liven up our spirit. Our onward journey as well as that of the other guests were disrupted due to the aftermath of Typhoon Hagibis (floods, landslides, roads closure and suspension of train and bus services). Everyone scrambled to make sense of how to deal with the situation. Yuk

Primary Choice when Traveling Shinjuku”
Like the hotel very much. Have been in the hotel several times. It's a rather new hotel comparing with many hotels in Tokyo. Location is excellent which just five minute walk towards the New South Gate of JR Shinjuku Station. Also it's convenient if you take the airport lim bus either from the Narita or Haneda. Communication is excellent. Handreds restaruants around the area and all in the walking distance. It's a clean and well managed hotel. Safe and comfortable.

Ticked all my boxes and more”
First, there is an airport limousine bus service that directly takes you from Haneda Airport to the hotel. 2nd, one of the guests felt unwell from dehydration and needed something light. There is a Family Mart less than 5min away. You can also request for either Japanese or English newspapers. The room is also extremely comfortable. The hotel is located minutes away from great shopping. I’ve never given full 5 stars for anywhere and this is the first. Will be back!

Excellent Choice in Shinjuku”
The Hotel Century is just a short walk down a pedestrian path from the south entrance to the Shinjuku station, which is served by express trains from Narita Airport. I had one of the more spacious single rooms (3063), 10 floors up from the lobby. The room made very good use of the space and was a pleasure to return to after a busy day. The included breakfast spread was excellent, as was the ambiance of the breakfast room; I also enjoyed dinner with my business colleagues in the Chinese restaurant on the 19th floor. For a good view, ask for a room facing east or south.

Our room was quiet /clean/ well appointed, with a magnificent view of Fuji and the Tokyo skyline. Great way to wind down after a busy day of sightseeing. Would stay again!!

Ideal Location”
Modern, spacious and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Great location near the Shinjuku train station and subway lines. Walking distance to many restaurants including an amazing french bakery and coffee shop, Boul'ange. Highly recommend staying here.

A++++ hotel”
All pros including location close to Shinjuku station, spacious rooms, beautiful view of Shinjuku since rooms are located on 21st and above, friendly hotel staffs and speaks and understands perfect English, plenty of food around the area, across the street from a department store that has a grocery store, food court and restaurants are very kid friendly and non-smoking. Would def recommend and stay again if I visit the area!

This hotel is on the high levels of a building. The Lobby is at level 20. (Below are offices) Excellent location. Near to Shinjuku station. Takashimaya is just behind. Big and clean room!

Good location and nice hotel with mount fuji view”
I like the location and I am so glad that my room is with mount fuji view. Staffs are polite and helpful too. Walking distance to shinjuku bus terminal, shinjuku station. Many Eatery, shops, and departmental stores are nearby too. Will highly recommend this hotel. Definitely will stay in this hotel again.

Pros Clean and room is big for Tokyo hotel. No need to worry for shampoo and body wash, 1 while bottle of body wash, shampoo & conditioner for you to use. Nice view of Tokyo... 5 min walk to train station and easy access to Shinjuku. Complimentary gym access to Jexer gym Been staying there for many times,

Great central location. Super convenient”
Central tokyo location in the heart of Shinjuku. Airport limousine bus from Haneda drops you right at the hotel lobby. Shinjuku train station and bus terminal is few mtrs away. Clean rooms and decent buffet bfast spread. Staff is friendly and courteous. Recommended for business travelers.

Conveniently located hotel in shinjuku”
Pro: hotel is between shinjuku and Yoyogi station. Use the Yoyogi station if you do not wish for a meltdown figuring out 6 stories platform with 200exits at shinjuku. Hotel is 4 mins walk from shinjuku new south exit (at new women). Hotel is opposite Takashimaya and Tokyu hands. Shake shack at ground level of hotel, tim Ho wan right outside the hotel, pizza and Vietnamese /thai restaurant on the ground level of hotel. Room facilities: English channels: CNN, BBC, channel news Asia, limited English movies (available usually more often in the day than night) , no children channel. Polite and helpful staff who will help to reserve airport limousine bus to airport. Bus pick up is on ground level of hotel which is super convenient. Hotel supply bottled shampoo, conditioner, body wash and Shiseido facial wash. 24hours family mart 2 minutes walk towards Yoyogi station. Cons: no cons. You pay for convenience.

Super Location”
I stayed in Tokyo for 24 hours only so this hotel is everything I needed. Good location, right next to Shinjuku station. Accessible, shuttle bus between airport. Walking distance to everything such as shopping malls and restaurant. Friendly staff. And great view from the hotel room too.

Really enjoyed staying here (although a bit above my usual Tokyo hotel budget). But ticks all the boxes. Great location (right next to Shinjuku station and Takashimaya Time Square) with plenty of good restaurants and shopping. Rooms are nice and clean. With free WiFi (good speed). Laundry service available. Great breakfast buffet (Japanese and Continental options) with stunning views.

Nice hotel on a great location. ”
The hotel is very clean and the location is fantastic. Close to subway station and tourist sites like Pontocho Alley. The room itself was a little bit small (we had three beds) and it was difficult to move around between the beds and suitcases. The beds were firm, but we were so tired after the whole day of sightseeing that we didn't bothered us that much. Overall, a great hotel to stay when you come to Tokyo

Facing Tokyo Tower will give you the best view of Tower from 30 floors up!! Lobby on the 25th floor provides the best breakfast.
