Fun hotel in Tokyo’s biggest red light district”
The price you pay is much higher than just booking a room as a walk up customer, but given that is a love hotel you gamble not having a room available on same day reservations. I see the premium in cost as a fee to guarantee a room for your entire stay. For only a slightly higher price than your average business hotel in Tokyo you get a huge room, big hot tub, and all the fun adult amenities that come with a Japanese love hotel. They also prepared English tourist information and had some Japanese souvenirs in the room as a nice touch. The only downside to this particular love hotel was that the soundproofing could be a little better. Both nights I could hear other guests enjoying themselves in their rooms. I’ve stayed at other similar hotels where this was not a problem.

Great hotel overall ”
You're in the heart of Shinjuku so it's a good location. The room was very clean. Staff was very helpful. My only problem was the room would get too hot with both ac units on. Other than that it's a great place to stay for solo travelers

Location wise is hard to locate. Reception staff cannot understand English. But bell boy is very helpful with luggage and can speak English well. Room is spacious and comfy, bathtub is the highlight. First time trying love hotel in Japan. Overall had a wonderful stay with hubby.

Wow such large room and great value for Tokyo”
We stayed for 3 nights and we were greated by the friendliest staff member(From the Philippians, whos English is fantastic) and a bottle of Champagne in the fridge and gifts. The room was so well appointed with the mod concerns like fridge amongst others and copious amounts of skin and bath products . Talking about baths it had a amazing big Jacuzzi bath for two and a TV. Room was a little hot cause controlling the air acc was difficult but a open window sorts out that problem and the bed was a little too hard for our liking but normal by Japanese standard's. The location is also good only a 10 min walk to Shinjuku station and close to the action and the Golden Gai. Would highly recommend it .

We loved our stay. Couldn’t figure out how to turn down the temperature though. Although if you are there less clothes is a good thing lol

Ottima soluzione alternativa per visitare Tokyo”
Nonostante qualche dubbio in fase di prenotazione abbiamo deciso di soggiornare in questo love hotel per visitare Tokyo e ne siamo rimasti totalmente soddisfatti. Situato in ottima posizione a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Shinjuku offre camere spaziosissime e confortevoli ad un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo (per lo stesso prezzo avremmo avuto una stanza grande 1/3 nella stessa zona). Nonostante sia un "love hotel" lo staff è stato estremamente professionale nel darci il benvenuto e successivamente estremamente discreto. In 5 giorni abbiamo incontrato solo una volta altri ospiti "fugaci", quindi non abbiate timore di prenotare. Pulizia impeccabile

都内は、駐車場付きのホテルを探すのが結構大変。このホテルはチェックインの時間も早いので、本当に助かります。
