Affordable and Clean”
First of all, most hotels in Tokyo are small so it is no exception for this one. If you want a big room, please do your research first before booking it. I simply can not understand why people complain about small rooms in Japan when it is already stated on the site. I like the hotel, I enjoyed my stay. The location is really good as it is near JR station and many multiple lines. Sure, the room is small but I knew it before hand and certainly did not expect more. It is clean and comfy and the staff are nice. Don't be a jackass and feel you are superior to the staff, I am sure the staff are more than willing to serve you (respect goes both ways)..... smile when you talk =)

New and cozy”
Very satisfy because I got cheap rate. Nice and comfortable pajamas and also provide charging cable. Very comfortable and cozy interior but the room doors was very noisy. When people get in and out of the room it's so loud. Would be nice if they could empty one room in between during off seasons because you can hear the conversation next door.

Reasonable price with convenient location :)”
I'd definetely want to stay here again if I get to visit Akihabara ! About 5-6 minute walk from JR Akihabara station and main arcade. The staffs were very polite and gentle. Check-out time is 11am, which is very convenient compated to other hotel chains. As the hotel was newly built on early April, accomdation was very satisfying. There was mini sofa in the room. And other amenities and other basic features were just great.

modern hotel in gRear location”
Loved the aesthetic of this hotel, and their “signature scent” in the reception area was lovely. The hotel is a convenient 2 minute walk from Akihabara station, so has easy access to loads of shops and entertainment. I loved that the hotel had branded thermos cups in the room for guests to use during their stay. On the flip side of this cool amenity however, I was a little bemused by the unwarranted daily delivery of fresh towels and bathroom amenity kits. Hotel rooms in Tokyo are often small, and this hotel was no exception so after 4 nights we had quite the stack of bags with towels etc in them with nowhere to put them all. Eventually we ended up just having to leave them in the hall. While I appreciate the “convenience”, I think it would be good for the hotel to introduce an additional magnet for the door that you can put outside if/when you need these, rather than it being inundated with towels.

Good facility and helpful staff”
My overall experience is very good with reasonable price and great breakfast. One caveat though, be aware that the location of the hotel being shown in Google Maps is not accurate. You should search for Chianti Due restaurant or Yanagimori Shrine. The hotel is nearby these places.

Clean, new and affordable ”
It is a new hotel situated in a great location, steps from Akihabara station. The lobby is stylish and the room while small, was very comfortable, clean and new.

Cute hotel!”
I really like the Resol chain (I stayed at another Resol hotel in Kyoto and really liked it). They provide everything you need, including pyjamas! It was easy to find and not to far from Akihabara station which has great connections to Tokyo station. Would definitely recommend/stay again!

Really love the hotel rooms. Location was superb! Would definitely love to stay here again! We had a weird situation with one of the staff when we were checking out, unsure was it because we didn't understand the process of checking out or staff was rude. But everyone else was super friendly and helpful. We really appreciate that!

Almost Perfect”
First impressions: Hotel was only 5-mins walk away from Akiba station, the male staff that served us had a good command of English, room was clean and tiny, with a bigger bathroom that expected. Downside: Actual double room itself was very small. Difficult to place luggage or move around, so will not advise those with huge pieces of luggage like us to stay here, or else to consider a bigger room. Nevertheless, our room was always well-cleaned, they gave us plenty of bathroom supplies and for this price point, I'd say it's very worth it.

Great location and very cozy”
The location of the hotel is unbeatable. Just a few minutes away from Akihabara station which has connections with JR Lines and the metro. It's also great if coming from Narita Airport, late at night. Kanda Station is also nearby and has connections to other metro lines. And there are plenty of restaurants near by. The room was perfect for one, with all the amenities necessary. If you are a light sleeper, bring some earplugs, because if you stay in a room facing the river, it's possible to ear trains pulling in and out of Akihabara station.
