Erinomainen sijainti ja tilava huone”

Hotellissa oli hyvin varustettu tilava huone. Liikenteen melu ei häirinnyt eikä käytävästä tai muista huoneista kuulunut ääntä jote huoneessa oli hyvä nukkua. Palvelu oli ystävällistä. Savutonta huonetta emme toivomuksesta huolimatta saaneet mutta huone oli kuitenkin raikas ja hajuton.

Rahanvaihtoa on useissa oppaissa sanottu kalliiksi, mutta ainakin Helsinki-Vantaan lentokentän rahanvaihtopisteissä oli selkeästi huonompi vaihtokurssi kuin Tokion kentällä.

Vierailu oli erittäin onnistunut. Hotellin sijainti Shinjukun aseman vieressä tekee liikkumisesta helppoa. Hotellin läheisyydessä on myös lukematon määrä ravintoloita,ostoskeskuksia ja baareja.

great location but quiet, staff very good”

Only a block from Shinjuku station but still quiet area. Next to McDonald n a lovely Italian coffee place with good breakfast across McDonald, great eating pavilion just across the road. Good view from window- staff very nice polite and attentive . Very clean and housekeeping done daily- love the pijamas. also love the robot at reception. May be increase the English TV channels as only one to watch. Limousine bus to airport just at the door - great service

Great location ”

We stayed in the standard twin room. Good size for Japanese hotel. Staff were helpful even though not everyone speaks good English. Great location at the quieter area in Shinjuku yet so close to everything. Just a short walk to the Shinjuku JR station New South Gate. This is the gate very close to the platform for Narita Express. So it is very convenient if you are commuting between the Narita Airport and Shinjuku. We stayed for 2 nights and moved on then back for the last 3 nights of our trip. They had some difficulty trying to put us (4 rooms) together on the first stay as we booked under different names. They managed to do so and we told them to arrange the same on our next stay when we checked out. When we checked in the second time, all our key cards are grouped together and ready. Good service and will stay again if we go back to Shinjuku.

Location superb with great staff attitude”

We drive in our rather huge car, the car pouch is really quite tight so need to shift quite a bit. Location is superb and you will not need to drive around actually. Im impressed by the free amenities given upon check in. Ladies will be given choice of face mask, cleansing, toner n essence in those small tester packets.....thumbs up.

Stay is Sweeter the Second Time Around”

It was our second time to stay in Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku. The rooms are still clean and the staff are very accommodating. To those who are thinking of booking in this hotel, expect that the rooms are relatively small. The hotel is near the Shinjuku Station and it is one of the stops of the airport bus. There are convenient stores and eating places near the hotel. Will I stay again in this hotel? Definitely.

Great location, comfortable rooms”

Very pleased at how easy and close the train station is to the hotel along with plenty of shops nearby. Shinjuku was a nice area for my first visit to Tokyo. Weather was rainy and hotel had plenty of umbrellas for guests to use. The room was large enough for two people to share with a nice bathroom and plenty of amenities.

The best thing about this hotel is its location and accessibility - very central location in shinjuku (convenient for transport) and easy access from airports via airport limo bus. Service was excellent and I had a comfortable stay (2 medium sized suitcases fit easily in my room with plenty of walking space). Beds were comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Loistava”

Loved this hotel. It's my 2nd time staying here and certainly did not disappoint. Location is great- close to Fuunji, Lumine, Family Mart, McDonald's and Yoshinoya. It's also a stop for the Airport Limousine bus (so people coming here first time certainly won't get lost). The room is spacious and clean; check in and check out was very fast too. Will stay again in the future!

Good location in Shinjuku”

Hotel is 5 mins stroll from Shinjuku station south exit. Friendly and good English front desk. Airport limousine bus directly stop at hotel so makes it very convenient. Many eateries around hotel including Shake Shack burgers, Wendy's, KFC and a big Starbucks cafe just across hotel behind a building. There's a bus terminal just 3-5 mins walk. You can take a bus there directly to go GOTEMBA PREMIUM OUTLETS. From the outlet can see Mt Fuji too. Major Japan's shopping malls- Takashimaya and Isetan are just 10 mins walk. Room is spacious and clean with comfortable mattress. I like they provide 3 different types of pillows for each person. Well thought! Every morning woke up fresh as have good night sleep. My only issue is after paying rates plus tax in Agoda, hotel still requires all to pay additional tax (¥200 per person per night) when check in for city tax which I find stange as I was not charge in Shibuya Excel Tokyu hotel, which is also located in Tokyo. Agoda please look into it and maybe should highlight in your price.

Great location in Shinjuku”

Hotel is good if you are looking for a central location in Tokyo. The room is slightly small but that's ok cos you would be out the whole day exploring the city. Rooms are clean and it's just a 5 minute walk to the JR line. The subway is just next to the hotel. I'll definitely consider staying there again, provided the price is right.

Super location ”

The location is outstanding as we can take the limousine bus from Haneda airport all the way to the hotel doorstep. It is also within 2min walk to Shinjuku main station. Just a stone’s throw to Takashimaya and all the main shopping Malls. The room is very good-sized and comes with a bathtub. The reception staff are most warm, hospitable & attentive and helped to answer all my queries & even to make a booking to the tour agency. Will stay again due to superb service & ideal location.👍🏻

Very nice hotel near Shinjuku station. Location is great. Clean. There’s family mart nearby in case you need something like water or food or cash. Right in front of it, there’s a food hall named Blast and post office too. The hotel has resto too but we haven’t tried it yet to be honest. It also has a nice lobby and the stairway, great for picture taking. They have installed a new way for no contact check in and out guest. It’s easy to use. The room is big enough for a family of 3 or maybe 4 (2 small kids) and has a nice size bathroom and tub. We like the bed and pillows. The price is good considering the location and the how nice the hotel is. Also, they do have coin laundry, vending machine and microwave. It’s a bit hard to find hotel with microwave that guest can use anytime. Friendly and easy to talk too hotel staff. You can also leave your luggages after check out if you still want to explore the city. Or even before checking in. The only thing that I would like to point out was the smell of the pillow. I have a very sensitive nose. My nose doesn’t like the smell of it. But they do have air freshener in the room so it solves the problem. Overall, we love it there. We will definitely stay again.

Great hotel in excellent location ”

Excellent location to Shinjuku Station and good proximity to Gyoen Gardens and Tokyo Metropolitan Govt Bldg where you can see fantastic city views from level 43 free of charge. The Sunroute Plaza is a lovely hotel and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would recommend that you pay the extra for a twin room as our kids' twin room was significantly larger than our double room (including the bathroom) and I regretted not paying for a twin room for us also! The airport limousine bus service (for both Haneda & Narita) stops directly at this hotel which is fantastic. The hotel provides a sheet with recommended restaurants nearby which is very handy and there are many Family Marts/Lawsons nearby for great food too. A highly recommended hotel - excellent value for money and great location.

Loistava”

Great hotel. Minutes from shinjuku station and tons of places to get food. Also walking distance to pharmacy. Room was kept clean and was very comfortable. Big enough for me and two suitcases no problem. They have restaurants and one bar but it was a little pricey for me. Definitely recommend!!

Ladies Trip ”

Location is accessible by airport limousine bus from Haneda Airport - Shinjuku Station/West. Metro is also accessible - Shinjuku station exit A1 for escalator (hotel just situated on your left once you exit A1 escalator) There's family mart for 24 hour meal / restaurants / fast food / shopping mall are all within 15 minutes walking distance. Best thing there's a airport limousine bus pick up directly outside Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku, but you must book in the hotel lobby before checkout.
