Fabulous hotel ”
This hotel is perfect for travelers who are looking for a decent hotel without breaking the bank. Our room/bathroom was so clean, it looked as if we were the first people ever to stay there. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We didn’t have the breakfast, but other guests seemed to enjoy it. There are many restaurants and convenience stores, where you can purchase great food in the area. It’s in a safe area, hand a block from a JR train line. Our room was spacious for a Tokyo hotel room. The twin rooms each have two beds that are more like double in size. A family traveling could easily fit two people comfortably in each of the beds. There’s on site laundry.

I have recommended the ICI to our friends! It's out of our expectation and we are surprised by the breakfast part especially, the EASY POINTS idea is good! About the services, the staff can response very quickly and consideration for travelers. We also like the preparation for every room with electrical charging cables. Like! However, there is one, I lost the vouchers JPY 1000for come again next time...i think as ICI is a chain hotels may can have the membership and travelers can earn points for the promotions. Thanks.

Clean, modern. Standard business size room but excellent desk/shelving with many convenient places to put things. Bright sunny window. Excellent light blocking curtain. Very good bed and pillows. Quiet. Dog Friendly so there are often dogs in the lobby. Patio space as well.

Home for our short stay in Tokyo”
The location is in a small neighborhood away from the busy tourists. This is perfect for ones who prefer quiet place to rest. Asakusabashi station is just right in front of the hotel. So easy to roam around the city and the train runs directly to Narita airport.

The location is very near the train station. The toiletries are not complete unlike other hotels. And does not smell really nice. But not bad. Just not the typical good hotel scent

As for the toiletries, it's possible that the hotel doesn't provide a full set of amenities in every room, but you could always ask the front desk if they have any additional items available. And regarding the scent, everyone has different preferences and sensitivities, so it's not unusual to have mixed opinions on the fragrance of a hotel. If any chances, come and visit again to us.

Room size was tiny, but everything inside seems well thought out. Location was good, several restaurants and a 7-11 nearby, metro station pretty close as well. Staff very courteous and helpful

6 mins walk to train station, have restaurants surrounding but far from most of tourist attractions take about 40 mins to go to Shibuya, Harajuk etc if go by train. Hotel room is ok for 2 of us , normal size for standard room in japan i guess. The hotel is pet friendly hotel tho just a little bit of dog smell in our room but not a big deals. All is good.

Very nice hotel, quiet area ”
We really enjoyed our stay at ICI hotel, the rooms were cute and modern and we had a lovely view of the city. We picked it because it was kind of in the middle of Akihabara, Asakusa, Ginza, and Sky Tree - but we wish we would have stayed in one of the areas instead of trying to be kind of close to all of them. The area was a bit too quiet for us, but if that’s what you are looking for than this is perfect.

It is really clean. The staff are so nice. Near to train station and small groceries. Also a lot of cute shops outside. But far away from busy tourist areas so we had a really peaceful sleep.

a small hotel with strategic location”
stayed for 4 nights in this hotel. small hotel room, just enough for 2 of us. big luggage will be quite hard to open up because there's no additional space for it. But overall we are happy with the stay :)

Hotel is few minutes away from the train station. Lots of meal options along the way. There’s also convenience stores where you can buy snacks and drinks. Not the most advantageous location because we had to take connecting trains. So clean, considering pets are allowed. You won’t smell anything.

We enjoyed our stay here greatly. Our room was spacious, the set-up was great. Location is top too with just being a minute away from Asakusabashi station. We love the vibe around the hotel, it was a good amount of busy with lots of restaurants underneath the train station and surrounding it, as well as across the river - but not super busy. Staff were nice and friendly and I appreciated the daily room service. 5 star stay on a budget.

Modern hotel room, spacious, convenient and pet friendly ”
I had booked a twin room as a second reservation after checking out of the same hotel to go to Kyoto. Left a luggage bag there and they kindly kept it When I checked in again, the staff had already put my left luggage in my room! Such thoughtfulness! Although this is a pet friendly hotel, they segregate rooms with pets allowed so no issue about noise from pets if you are a guest without pets. All in all, a wonderful 6 nights here. Clean, spacious, modern, convenient (7-11 and Aeon is just a few steps away), close to stations and food outlets.

Bigger than typical Tokyo hotel room”
I had booked a twin room and pleasantly surprised that the space in the room is adequate for 2 person to move around quite comfortably. Even the bathroom has space for 2 if 1 wants to use the sink and the other the toilet. This is unlike some hotel chains where there is only enough space for 1 person. Well equipped with amenities and plenty of shelf space in the room. Location is very near JR station (100m) and Metro (400m). Plenty of Izakaya nearby for food.
