I requested for the same room or a similar type of room as the one I had stayed in my previous stay. The receptionist was very helpful and instead he upgraded the room to the premium ocean view room as the room I wanted wasn’t available. This above and beyond attitude wasn’t just prevalent at the check in. All the staff members were extremely polite and helpful. All round top experiences from the best hotel on the island. The cocktails are pretty class too

Must stay in Jungmoon”
Lotte resort pleasantly surprised me with this family trip. We only booked Lotte initially as the nearby hotel was booked out. However, we will now plan to come back to Lotte next time. Rooms are clean and food was great, however if I have to choose one thing, it will be their staffs. Everyone was very attentive and professional - from the porter to restaurant staff and chefs. We only stayed there for 2 nights but we will be back for longer next time. The hotel has a lot of facilities including bowling and indoor/outdoor swimming pool so you can easily spend time at the hotel. I will definitely come back!

Best hotel for families with children”
There are so many things to do for children. There are many activities. There is also a huge play room for children to go to. The swimming pool is catered for children as well. Only downside was the fitness center. I wish they had more equipment.

Best experience for my daughter on her birthday and i enjoyed the hotel facilities and relaxing environment also. amazing food (on the pricier end but fabulous variety), the beach was a little too far for us to trek down to which was a shame, but the pool is great fun. Would definitly want to visit again.

The beach near the resort was great for surfing. The staff was extremely helpful. The pool was overly crowded with children but it is a family resort so guess can't complain. Overall had a good experience

Great tesort in Jeju”
Large nice resort with large rooms and nice view of the swimming pool and partial view of the sea. The dinner in the restaurant is a buffet with large vrieties including sea food ( Alaska crabs and lobsters) it cost 73,000 KW= $63Per person which is a bit expensive but worth the money. The hotel is a family style hotel with many children in the swimming pool. The beach is accessible by a long stairs about 10 levels hight. There are no swmming signs on the beach. No one was swimming although the water is not very cold. The gym is median size and good. The resort is near many attractions / the important one is the park with a lovely bridge and 3 waterfalls. There are shuttle bus from airport to hotel and vice Versa. But I did not use the bus because the time is not convenient. The regular bus comes to the hotels door and cost 4500 KD = $4 per person. The trip is about 40 min by bus. There is some restaurants and 7/11 near the hotel.

Not bad but it can be better”
The garden / podium area is beautifully organized and planted. Room is spacious and clean. Korean set menu breakfast is the best among all 3 choices. the international buffet breakfast inside the italian restaurant was too crowded. the japanese buffet breakfast - food quality is really so so. Swimming pool was too crowded during my stay in August. the stairs down to the beach is really long to climb. Food selection at windmill lounge is limited, only soft drinks, juice and beer, no red or white wine which is very disappointing.

3 nights stay in late March”
Pros: 1. Airport Limousine bus stops right infront of the lobby entrance. 2. Great room size with spacious balcony 3. Breakfast spread was good for the price. 4. Staff were really helpful and attentive to guests. 5. There was a 7-11 store located on the hotel grounds itself and another couple of convenience stores located nearby as well. Cons: 1. Not many attractions around the Jungmoon resort area if you're not self-driving. However, if taking the limousine bus out, its very convenient as it stops right outside the lobby.

We came with my 80 year old in-laws and they were most kind and thoughtful. We loved the morning buffet and the fun zone had a cool bowling alley and looked like some other fun stuff although we didn’t use it since we came for our parents vacation.

Kids family hotel”
This hotel is in South Jeju and has fun activities by the pool for kids. The sea facing rooms have splendid view of the sea. I had the mountain facing rooms which offer a different view. This hotel is going on a "Green" initiative which they charge guests for toothbrush and toothpaste. For a 5-star hotel, it may want to consider changing the "as-charged" basis to "as-need" basis for things which are considered as basic amenities.
