Great if youre travelling light”
Everything is great and clean but if you have more than a small bag it is super frustrating to open and close your cases. The blind means noise isn't shut out but it was pretty quiet with earplugs in. Big bags can be stored downstairs next to reception. Not super secure but honestly it's fine. Overall it's a great option for those that just need a room for the night in a clean safe cool space.

This was my first experience with the 9hrs brand and capsule hotels in general and I LOVED IT. The staff were incredibly friendly. The facility was super clean and cool looking! I actually like how each floor had a moderate number of pods; this meant less people moving about and disturbing sleep. The pods were plug and usb friendly, and the location was close to a train station. WOULD RECOMMEND

Futuristic”
I chose to stay here mainly for it's theme. I liked it. I felt like I was in a Sci Fi movie. LOL. The facilities seem new. The bathrooms were kept clean. No other complaints aside from the daily check out. You will have to fully vacate the capsule everyday which is not ideal for people who would like to just stay and relax.

Fantastic! I wanted to experience how is like spending the night in a capsule hotel and I was not disappointed at all! It is very clean, the bed was very comfortable and spacious. It didn't feel claustrophobic. It was good but I wouldn't recommend staying for more than two nights in a row. You can't leave anything in your capsule during the day, also it's uncomfortable having to pack & unpack you luggage every time you need to get something. --- ¡Fantástico! Quería saber cómo se siente pasar la noche en un hotel cápsula y la verdad es que estuvo muy bueno. No me arrepiento de haberme quedado para nada. Mantienen el lugar muy limpio. La cama es grande para una persona y cómoda también. No me pareció claustrofóbico. Estuvo bueno, aunque no recomendaría pasar más de dos noches seguidas porque no se puede dejar nada en la cápsula durante el día y es incómodo tener que empacar y desempacar la valija cada vez que necesites usar algo.

Simple and sweet”
Pods were larger than you’d think, plenty of room and everyone was respectful and mindful of others trying to sleep. Showers and lockers are kept clean and water is kept nice and hot for when you come back after a walk around the city! Highly recommend to anyone travelling to japan for the first time on a budget.

Great value for money ”
Great value for what we paid, nice and clean. First experience of a capsule hotel and couldn't recommend enough. Only about 5 minute walk to Chiyoda east imperial palace gardens which are beautiful, and a couple of minutes walk to the tube station

Very clean and comfortable ”
I liked everything about my stay. The bathrooms were clean, a secure locker with a QR code for my personal belongings was given and daily fresh towels, toothbrush and even sleepwear (though I did not use it) was provided. The beds were comfortable and spacious and for a capsule room I did not feel trapped or tight. The staff was pleasant enough. The only negative commentary I could say, which is more of a suggestion, is that I hope they invest in giving their guests a microwave to eat and make their first floor more of a public place people can relax or dine in. There’s potential but it’s not there yet. If they had it, this place would be perfect. Overall I give it a 9.5/10

Mattresses and pillows a little hard but apart from that can’t fault it. Cheap, good location. New towels, pajamas and toothpaste every day. Super clean and efficient. Would stat again.

Solo Traveler Heaven”
Great area close to subway station and a 7/11 at the street corner. Its very quiet at night so no need to worry about any loud street noises. The lockers was one of my favourite parts, its very safe and you can easily trust the building with security. 10/10 recommend for any solo traveler.

Super Comfy but Check-out time is 10am (EVERYDAY) ”
I really liked the concept of the Capsule Hotel, however what I didn’t like, which maybe I missed while booking is that you HAVE to check-out everyday at 10am if you decided to book long-term. I booked it for two days as I was tried of changing hostel everyday, however to my surprise, I was asked to leave at 10am and return at 1pm. Although I was upset, due to lack of sleep, the lady at reception calmed me down and was really nice. Two thumbs up for her. Another thing I liked about the hostel is that they offer Nike Running Shoes to try out. I’m a runner so I tried them out and ran around the Imperial Palace which is lovely. Its a 5km run around the Palace and it was amazing. I slept sooo good! However not sure if I would book it for long term as there are days where one just wants to sleep longer than 10am!

Hotel was amazingly clean. Shared washrooms and showers give you enough privacy and that’s very rare for a hostel type hotel. Would surely stay in one again.

Hotel is in pristine condition was amenities cleaned every day which means you do have to be out of the hotel while they clean, I did however struggle with fitting everything into my locker, even with just a normal suitcase but did manage. Everything else was perfect!

Everything was clean the hotel provides sleep wear slippers toiletries so everything is very convenient. Only con would be the location is very central but then again a train station is only a block away.

Great capsule hotel. Located in a business neighborhood, several metro stations in a walking distance, the closest one is Takebashi, Honzomon line. Akihabara is 15 minutes by foot. Seven eleven is 15 meters away. Really good coffeeshop Glitch is 4 minutes away. This capsule hotel is very clean, capsules are very comfortable, the location is perfect. The only one minus I found refers to some ignorant travelers: some travelers repacking their suitcases like REALLY loud in the night in the sleeping area and that makes you wake up constantly. If the hotel would prevent this somehow it would be perfect :)

It was difficult to find the place and is quite distant to train stations but it was a nice experience. Very clean and quiet. The staff were accommodating and having to check out at 10AM everyday didn't bother us at all. Makes us more productive during the day and also important in keeping the entire place clean. Lockers were just the right size for our luggage. If you're looking for a place where nobody snores or makes any kind of noise at night (walking, re arranging things) better get a hotel room. The shower/locker area was small but never had a problem with areas being congested even if our floor was more than 50% occupied.

Nice and clean, located in a convenient place. Be mindful that you need to check out by 10:00am every day even if you are staying over several days in a row. You can still keep your bags in the locker as you will keep using the same locker during your stay. Also, the narrow locker rooms get congested before check-out time so I suggest you to start preparing earlier. If you prefer to enjoy longer sleep in the morning, you may wanna look for a proper hotel as this is only a tiny Japanese Capsule hotel. Have a great trip!
