I actually live in the Bundang area, but since I cannot travel during this time - I decided to stay at Nine Tree to enjoy the Lunar New Year with some much needed rest and relaxation. The staff was so helpful, and I found the hotel to be a great combination of luxurious and comfortable. I was alone, but I found that it was also very family-friendly, with many types of activities for children. There is great food, shopping & coffee available within the same building. Overall, it was a wonderful experience to escape! Highly recommend!

Location is reasonably convenient if you plan to stay around the Bund-Dang district. Hotel facilities are great, staff are kind and the rooms are very clean. Would visit again on my next visit!

I had wonderful stay with my BFF both came from the States. We each came from the other side of the Continent and finally met in Korea after 5 years. What an amazing experience after COVID. The hotel was nice and clean. Will definitely come back.

Very thanks for warm kindness in check-in/out and night calls. I thought the place is busy as it was inside shopping mall, but the mall was a bit quiet, not very crowd area.

Really clean and spacious hotel with many eating options. The only negative is the hotel staff does not replenish the amenities. We had to call the front desk to ask for things. The hotel provided different types of pillows, which was really great. The pool was super crowded and the gym was small, but clean. I would stay again because of the convenience .

Price is best for how clean and well maintained everything was. Location was okay - we had a car to travel around the city most times. I would say that taking bus + subway to city centre was quite time consuming. Look to Nine Tree Dongdaemun if you want to be right in the centre.
