Our rooms were so clean! No complaints at all. The staff was friendly. Close distance to everything we were looking for - ex. beach and restaurants and shops. The pools were cleaned often and very relaxing. Rates were definitely priced right!

Ocean Beach Club is a very nice hotel. It very clean and updated in a great location, just across the highway on the beach. It located just south of Lauderdale-By-The Sea on Ocean Beach Blvd. Easy walking to stores, grocery stores and about a mile from all the great restaurants at Lauderdale-By-The-Sea. They have a shuttle that is available for transportation to a private beach that is shared with another hotel. Hotel staff were very nice. I was not impressed with the quality of the food in the shared restaurant with their sister hotel. Luckily there were better options nearby.

Right across the street from the beach, and you’d pay hundreds more to stay at a place across the street. Down the street from a bunch of restaurants and bars. Staff was very helpful and place was clean

I flew out to fort Lauderdale to get married on pompano beach. ”
The staff at ocean beach club were great. I travel for business and have rarely had staff so kind and professional. We loved the pool, and the oceans across the street. Perfect! We will stay at ocean beach club again for sure. Great value, great place. The staff put a very nice bottle of wine with two nice goblets in our room after we got married with a beautiful note. Our room was nice, great bed, maid service 2nd Too none. Very clean. Older hotel on the outside but rehabbed Beautifully on the inside.

All out except the beds”
I was traveling with a group from Seattle, so keep that in perspective when reading this review. This place is awesome in terms of location, value, and the fact that it has a pool that's open dawn-dusk. On a Sunday there were 3 open bars within walking distance of this hotel as well (if it's your thing). There's also a beach entrance not too far from this either, it just does not have lifeguards (if it matters to you). My only problem is that when I moved around in the beds it created a lot of noise for my downstairs neighbors. As someone who doesn't particularly sleep the deepest sleep on trips, it made a fair bit of popping and low bass sounds. Maybe it's my weight? (260) Maybe it's how I turned? Not sure to be honest. Just wanted to find at least one con even if it was nitpicking for an honest review!

This place is clean. Yes it’s older, yes you have to cross A1A and go a few blocks to find a beach entrance. Yes you have to walk 5 or 10 minutes in either direction to find a Pharmacy, shopping or restaurants but it’s a great little hotel with great staff, did I mention how clean it was.

Everything was good. Location close to most things , 7-10 dollars uber for most places . Beach access through other hotel . They charge for chairs and umbrella . Free parking is perfect . Pool is very nice . The only thing that bothered us is the matress was really uncomfortable . We left with a back pain for few days .

Labor Day Getaway ”
Took some days off during the first of the month to relax and unwind. And out of all the cities in Florida, Ft. Lauderdale has always been a chill city to visit. Ocean Beach stood out to me from the location which was fairly central to Las Olas & a few of my friends who live in the area. I was impressed by the sweet smell of some aroma of either cleaning products or good 'ol aromatherapy, which greeted my nose every morning from the lobby to my room. Both Pauline & LaTasha (I believe that was the night front desk lady's name) were very helpful and made my stay simplistic yet comfortable. If you're looking for a spot to lay your head, relax, chill, with a super cute lobby, come to Ocean Beach.
