The one staff member I had contact with was kind and helpful, Janet. Our room was newly decorated and pretty. The cleaning job was so-so. A/C was great. The huge deficit was that there was obviously a huge leak from the room above near one of the beds/bathroom. The room smelled VERY strong of moldy mildew. Room 107. Don’t let them put you in that room for sure. We stayed because we were only there one night and don’t usually suffer from allergies. But we both did wake with headaches, which is unusual for us both. Without the leak it would have been a pretty ok place.

Great location right across from the beach and many great restaurants. The hotel has been renovated so it looks better inside than the outside. I would come back.

Very nice clean place. Staff was great!! Only minor complaint was it needed a microwave. Everything else was perfect though!! Great value and great location

Good location ”

Location is good but hotel is aging. Being remodeled and needs it for it is somewhat weathered in lots of areas. Room was clean, bed comfortable but very basic and no closet . Said breakfast but not being offered, had to ask for microwave . Not sure we will stay here again but a possibility if completely remodeled.

Pretty good for the money ”

If you can stay here cheap go for it. Our room was recently renovated and pretty nice. The lobby was still closed for “Covid “ issues so no breakfast at this time.

Inexpensive”

These are low priced, bare bones accommodations that offer no enjoyment whatsoever. Plus we didn't get the free breakfast that was advertised, do to Covid they said.

Excellent Stay”

We loved this hotel. We stayed several nights. The rooms are remodeled and clean. The staff is very friendly and the location is unbeatable! It’s located directly across the street from St. Augustine beach. The room included a microwave and a refrigerator. The beds were comfortable. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

Perfect location ”

This hotel is in a perfect location. It's directly across the road from St Augustine beach. There is several restaurants walking distance and a gas station if you need drinks for the room. The only thing I would say negative is the rooms aren't spotless. For the money it cost it's still worth every penny. We will definitely stay here again.

Family getaway with grandsons”

I wasn’t aware that the room service was only every 3 days due to Covid 19. But the sign at the front lobby stated that, and I missed it. The queen sized sheets were too small for our 2 queen sized beds (and this was very annoying!!!), but the nice gentleman at the front counter offered me king sized sheets, and they were much better. Our room was clean, and my grandsons enjoyed the pool , after getting a bit too much sun at the beach. It’s inside, so its safe from the sun! 😉

The room was clean and adequate for our stay. It was right across from the pier so great location. The staff is wonderful. I left my daughter’s blanket and they found it and mailed it back.

It was clean, and the beds were comfy, but the listing said all rooms are equipped with a fridge and microwave so I brought my own food, but there was no microwave. Also, every little sound anyone made, above you or around you, echoes through the room. Made it very hard to sleep and I could very clearly hear everyone’s conversation if they were nearby

Great Location! ”

Perfect location, directly across the street from the ocean. 5min drive to St. Augustine but will be more like 15min with the usual traffic. Clean rooms, friendly staff, free parking, breakfast and wifi. Loved so much we stay again 2 nights later.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Regency Suites. The place was very clean. Very friendly staff. Very comfortable beds and plenty of towels and washcloths. I was nervous because of some of the past reviews but the place was perfect. Very close to the beach.

Clean great location”

This is a clean facility located in a great location. They were refurbishing the lower floor but we had no disturbances. Room was clean. But don't go for the breakfast alone as it was very weak. Only coffee, juice, 2 cereals and some danish and white bread. Even short of contential breakfast. No oatmeal, no protien, no eggs, no waffles, no yogurt just a plain very limited choice. So we wound up going up the street to a cafe for breakfast.
