Location!”

Location was awesome!! We had a premium room with a bedroom which would be great for families - especially having a full kitchen. The room was clean and comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool was closed and the hot tub was small and being utilized the times we tried to go. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Good location, very small room”

We rented a single room studio (like a lock-off in time share terms) and the room had two queen beds, a very small area for a kitchen (sink, micro-oven, coffee machine). The room was overcrowded with large pieces of furniture and it made it hard to walk around in the room. Good location of the place overall. Fan only airflow made it hard to sleep in an always warm room (no air-conditioning). No washing machine in room and building.

Great location, bed a bit uncomfortable ”

I have stayed here twice and both times the bed have been uncomfortable, however you can’t beat the location and free parking (which is uncommon in Breckenridge). It’s an easy walk to town. Note: units do not have AC, so if you come during summer months, keep that in mind, but the mountains have cooler nights at 9600 feet.

Pros great location to downtown. But wasn't happy with our room. I mentioned the problems with the staff and they said they couldn't do anything about it because rooms are individual owned. Don't get e106 wires were coming out of the bass of the walls. (Heater I think). E105 the shower/tub kept stopping up. It just needs more TLC.

While the location of the facility (could hear the roaring river right behind building) is excellent and the rooms are well maintained, it should be made clear that there is no air conditioning in rooms, forcing guests to rely upon outside coolness to keep room cool.

Run down over priced dumpy hotel”

Hot tubs and pools unsanitary dirty and smell. Room had a water leak in bathroom ceiling. You can hear every word from next room and imiur room filled up with smoke from when our neighbor cooked dinner in their room. After dinner our room filled up with the smell of pot smoke. Worst two nights of our trip and by far the most expensive. For the same price without the 80$ in hidden fees you could stay in a five star luxury hotel in the heart of vail. Absolute rip off. Stay away from this place.

They went above expectations! I told the guest service agent that checked me in that my husband I were celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary and they sent us a bottle of wine to help us celebrate. There is also a shuttle to take you to the gondola. I highly recommend this hotel!

Rooms were very cramped and generally lacking any sense of privacy. We were awoken several times overnight by the neighbors using the sink (the pipes are that loud). Other than that, great location.
