I was worried about this hotel when I read previous reviews but i’m So glad we stayed here. We stayed in the building next door, I think because we booked the family room (triple room?). We had 3 adults and 2 young kids (both under 5) The room was nice and clean, looked like they remodeled it. Bathroom modern. Spacious room. TV even had Netflix for us to use!! This was awesome because the kids got to watch cartoons in the mornings. WiFi was excellent. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. They helped us book our seats for the shuttle bus to the airport and answered all our questions. They even heated our meals for us. Close to the metro. I would book this hotel again next time we’re In Tokyo.

Few minutes walk from shinjuku gyoenmae station. 2 streets away from famous Muslim eatery & near same line direction with shinjuku & shibuya & ginza & tokyo. No hassle to change trains. Walking distance from gyeon national park & shinjuku. Excellent location & hotel floor is linoleum not carpeted which personally prefer. Hotel floors & rooms are brightly lit not dim. Astonish! room & bed is quite luxury size (1adult & 2teenage -16yrs & 19yrs) its not cramp at all. Able to open 3big luggages on the floor. Hotel staff are 24/7 around & even guides us to our destinations & call cabs when needed. Though smoking room is requested but the room is freshly smelled whenever we come back from shopping n tours. Personally have promoted to all colleagues & friends during our stay. Throughly satisfied. Good Job City Nuts staff. Keep it up

Value for money and clean. ”
Although rooms are small which is normal in Tokyo anyway, it made up for its cleanliness and attention to small details. Curling/straightening iron and hairdryer was provided. Loved the shampoo and conditioner they provided, made hair very soft. Free drinks the wholr day and free brealfast. They only provide bread and pastry but it tasted good so no complaints there. Very close to station, parks, museums ,restaurants and the open market. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again for sure.

The hotel is much better than I expected. It provides daily cleaning, full of toiletries, free coffee & tea, strong wi-fi. It's absolutely value for a group of five compared to hostels and AirBnB.

We loved the location next to everything we needed. The staff was very helpfull with the luggages. Room was big enough and it was the biggest bathroom we had on our 4 weeks trip through Japan

Walking distance from subway station”
The location is very convenient since it's just a 5-min walk to and from the subway station. It was quite a challenge to find the hotel the first time but it was easy after that. There's a Family Mart and Lawson and various restaurants within walking distance too. The hotel room is quite small, which is normal for Tokyo. But I was surprised to see that the bathroom is quite spacious and even had a bath tub. On our first night, we can't get our airconditioner to work and the staff on shift very kindly talked to the reception to give us a different room. I would definitely consider this hotel again when we go back to Tokyo.

Lovely location”
The location looked abit far on the map but when i got here it was very quick walk to the subway. The room was very neat and tidy, with a renovated bathroom. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here.

I had a fairly large room with a stovetop and all the amenities and I highly recommend staying here. Also as a member of the LGBT community the location was amazing for the nightlife

The room we stayed in were really nice. It is spacious and very clean. The staff were friendly and will attend to all your queries. Asked for hair iron, they provided right away and its free of charge. Very quiet place. Will recommend this especially for a family of 4.

We stayed on a Family room with 3 beds located on a building few step from the main hotel. Friendly staff especially Amy (Yamamoto) Will definitely comeback on this hotel and highly recommendable.

Spacious 3-person room, with pockets of spaces to put luggages. Location is super near train station, breakfast restaurants/cafes, as well as Shinjuku Garden where you can catch cherry blossoms. Free Netflix in room! Negatives are no bottled water in rooms, and flights of steps before reaching lift of my block.

Beautiful, Cozy Room”
The hotel is in a quiet area but close to the train station, 2-3 mins walk. There is a family mart and a food store which sells packed meal about 200 meters away from the hotel. Going to Tokyo center is about 20 mins walk. The Family Room has two bedrooms which is very ideal for our family of eight. It is located outside the main hotel. I think the family room occupies one floor. The rooms are very spacious and clean, there is a big space to hang your clothes. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are just the right size and are very clean. The hotel even provides refills for their shampoo, conditioner, body wash and body oil. The hotel staff looks serious. Its a good thing there is a Filipina staff who attended to our needs. The hotel provides drinks at the reception/lobby. I would definitely stay here again.

Very accessible. Near the train station and convenient store. ”
The room is quite small but very clean specially the toilet. Accommodating staff except for the younger lady on duty when we arrived earlier than check in time. One of my companions tried to assist the lady put our luggages inside the room but she accidentally stepped on the floor inside the room with her shoes on. The reaction of the lady staff scared us, with a loud voice and angry face told us to remove our shoes. Yes it was our mistake but she should have said it in a nice manner. The rest of the staff are friendly and nice to us. I love the "free juice" and other cold drinks in the reception area. From the hotel is 5 mins. walk to gyoenmae sub-station and 10 mins walk to Shinjuku Station. A lot of restaurants within the vicinity and about 5 minutes walk to shinjuku gyoenmae national garden.

Spacious, friendly staff, a bit difficult to find”
We stayed there June 1 - 6 with my family group. Room was very spacious. Even the bathroom was spacious. High value for money and staff very helpful especially Amy. Near train stations too but shopping area is still about 3 blocks away. City Nuts not on main road so if we ask locals where it is whenever we get lost, they do not know where it is too.

The hotel is located near the subway and close to Shinjuku. Easy to travel to anywhere in Tokyo. There is a lawson minimart near the hotel. Recommend this place.
