Excellent accommodation for travelers on a reasonable budget”
This hotel is a 5-min walk from Kanda station. There are multiple convenience stores and eateries along the way. The location is only one stop from Tokyo Station, which takes you to Narita Airport via the Narita Express; one stop from Akihabara; short travel times to Harajuku, Ikebukuro, Ginza, Odaiba, and Asakusa Shrine. Shibuya and Shinjuku are a little further, but both under 30-40mins. They have two washers and dryers available for use, a long list of amenities for loan, and be sure to pick up complementary facial masks, teas and bath soaps for relaxation. The room (Moderate Double Room - Non-smoking) is clean and decently sized (for Japanese standards, which are by default tinier than your international counterparts). This is an excellent find for travelers who want to stay close to the major attractions in Tokyo, yet keep to a reasonable budget.

A surprise find !”
Hotel was easy to get to from either Haneda or Narita airport via trains. The staff were very courteous, friendly and thoughtful. We would like to thank them for greeting us on our wedding anniversary and the small gift we found in our room. The room was a bit small ( but normal in Japanese standards ). Bed was very comfortable . Hotel provided many amenities in the lobby area and provided a welcome drink too. Neighboring area had a lot of convenience stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will return again soon.

Absolutely recommend this place and will stay here again! -Location is great,i chose Kanda because it's in the center of Tokyo and quiet at night, so all areas are in 10-15min accessible. JR and subway station are 5-7min on foot. One station from Tokyo main station. -The personnel were polite and very friendly. I think some spoke english but i used Japanese. -The room was big enough for me, i could open both suitcases on the floor, the bed was very nice and there were 2 different pillows. Aircon and humidifier worked perfectly. Amenities were good. ホテルの皆さんに本当にありがたいです。また機会があれば、是非泊まりたいと思います。

Cosy, Clean and excellent location”
Just 5 min walk from the east exit of Kanda JR station taking an L shape path or south exit straight on. Better not follow the unnamed paths of google map as harder to hail your luggage around on those bumpier streets with loads of turns. Excellent location with restaurants and convenience stores down the street. One down side is no complimentary water bottle in hotel. Will stay there again next time.

Clean , handy location with friendly helpful staff”
My son and I stayed 9 nights at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Toyko- Kanda. We found the location to be very convenient, near Kanda train station . We paid for the round trip Narita Express train(4070 yen each ) which included all travel from/to Narita airport to/from Kanda station. Kanda station is a short walk to/from the hotel and is only one station from Tokyo station . Some days we just walked to Tokyo station( about 1.4 km distance )- which has an amazing array of restaurants including great ramen restaurants. We also ate nearby at Kikanbo for ramen and Yayoi ( fried chicken is juicy there and the rice was the nice variety and refillable) The room we had had 2 semi double beds and the beds actually took up a lot of space. We had 2 big luggage bags so some manoeuvering was required to get out of the room. Beds themselves were comfortable and they gave us each a firm as well as a softer pillow - both of which were fine. I would return to the hotel the next time we go to Tokyo.

Nice and comfortable stay”
room is clean and quite comfy even tho rooms in tokyo are all small, breakfast is nice with home cooked japanese breakfast and some buffet for breads and drinks. 1st floor has complimentary bath kit, i wish they could prepare it in the room instead of 1st floor. but overall very nice stay!

Great Value & Room”
Everything is good about this hotel Inn. It's new so everything is new & clean. It's along the JR Yamanote Line but not at very busy cross station like Shinjuku or Tokyo Station, still it's near Hamamatsu-cho area for returning back Haneda International Airport. Great for value hotel/Inn.

Extremely small rooms but at a low price tag”
This was a newly built branch of the Sotetsu Fresa chain of hotels, with only 10 storeys. Was given a room at the highest story at my request and the furnishings in the room were modern, clean and new. Only gripe I had with this place was the size of the room - it was extremely tight and a squeeze for 2 pax. Only 1 of 2 26" luggage could be opened at any one time. With the luggage closed, the actual space to walk about wasn't sufficient for 2 pax to be standing and walking around concurrently (one of us had to be seated on the bed in order for the other to be able to walk to the toilet. All the above aside, this place was actually extremely affordable and I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay without breaking the bank...subject to the fact that you are okay with the tight squeeze or travelling solo.

The room itself is clean with an average size but what makes it great is the friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally sprained my ankle and the staff let my borrow a wheelchair. My Tokyo trip did not go to waste thanks to the staff.

It was a pretty good place to stay as it's just 1 station away from Tokyo Station. The staff were very friendly and the place was pretty clean. Overall I would recommend this place if you're traveling to Tokyo!

Not exactly in Akiba but that's the best part about it”
Akihabara is a walking distance away. Hotel is close to Kanda Station which is really convenient–it's in the less busy area which is nice to be in, local eateries are open at night around the station. Hotel is slightly smaller than expected but it works. They provide with sleepwear as well as a fabric freshener for freshening our clothes. Love this place. Definitely our favourite hotel in Tokyo city.

Would highly recommend this hotel. The room is a little bit small but it’s very clean and comfortable. There are many shops and restaurants near Kanda station. I enjoyed my stay here!

Since we lost something at the plane we asked the staff for help and miraculously retrieved it, the rooms are a bit small but all Tokyo hotels are. It was a clean room and very close to Kanda station, very convenient!

Great for a short stay”
I ended up with a queen/king size bed in a cozy room. Decent size bathroom, full tub, desk and TV. Laundry area was adequate, and the short walk from the train station and general points of interest was a huge plus and definitely worth picking this hotel.

Strategic location, room is worthy for the money”
The room itself is small. The walking path is fully occupied with two luggage cases but overall we love the room as all the essential item are provided. The location itself is very convenient.

Great location, brand new hotel, friendly and helpful staff”
Booked the hotel for 10 days for my vacation to Tokyo. The hotel building is in the middle of a commercial area, but still very convenient with restaurants close to Kanda station which is only 5 minutes walk. The staff are friendly and some of them speak good English. The cleaning staff also friendly. Room is a bit small but it's expected with Tokyo hotels. There are coin washers and dryers within the building, and ice machine and microwave. The not-so-goods: building is between two larger buildings, therefore many rooms have no views. My room has a window but is blocked by concrete wall. You can pick rooms with view but it's going to be more expensive. On 2nd floor there is a breakfast room. But it only opens during breakfast times. It'd be great to open during the evening too so people can use it to eat takeout food; Also there is no lounge area - check in is on G/F but only a small area and few chairs.

The hotel is clean and tidy. The twins room is good enough for opening 1 luggage. Hard to find a hotel got such space in the heart of Tokyo. Very convenience and just 5 mins walk to JR station. There are at least 3 24-hour convenience store nearby. You won't be hungry to short of food
