Laura the onsite supervisor helped us and she was very nice and friendly. Thanks for everything ”
They upgraded our room without asking. Everything actually worked. The place was clean. The onsite supervisor was willing to extend our stay if needed. All staff was very helpful. Cons. I guess I was just expecting a complimentary breakfast.

We don't offer complimentary breakfast since we function as a condominium style lodging. However, there are a lot of great breakfast places that are within very close walking distance in the area. Beautiful place in a beautiful location however there was a noise ordinance that was not honored”
We had to call 5 times to the front desk within the hours of 10:30 pm and 1 am to get the party going on in the next room to be quiet. Loud music and talking kept us up. At 10:30 the girl at the front desk said she had sent public safety up to address the concern but didn’t hear anything. They obviously didn’t check because you could hear loud music coming from their room in the hall. Called a couple more times to be told public safety on the way but never arrived. We even asked if we could just move rooms and were told it was full so that wouldn’t work. Finally at 12:30 am the desk attendant went to their room. They were quiet for about 30 min and then started up their party again. I called again and the attendant said he’d check on it. Finally between 1-1:30 am it was quiet and we could sleep. It could have been handled differently by the staff.
