Great hotel, very helpful staff especially with us arriving after midnight, gave us clear directions with how to enter the hotel. Breakfast provided is good, plenty of toiletries provided and choice of pillow they have is very good. Very good location, close to Ginza line subway and in between Ueno and Akihabara major stations. Short walk to Ameyoko market.

Carbonated Onsen”
The stay here was excellent. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast was nice and hot, and the rooms had nice views . The hot bath at this hotel is really interesting, it has dissolved CO2 in it, making for a bubbly experience.

Staff was excellent. Breakfast was good! Not far from ameya yoko cho Drink bar from 5:30 to 7 was excellent way to start the evening!

Nice stay with onsen in the hotel”
We stayed a week in this hotel. The rooms were normal sized (for japanese standards). A subway station was 5 minutes away. Inside the hotel is a small onsen that you can use for free. Friendly staff!

Superb”
Got a triple room. Room is bigger than expected. Bunk bed is very stable, there’s no sound coming from the bed even when the person in the upper bunk moves. Staff is very polite. Communication in english isn’t an issue. Breakfast is great with bread, salad, rice, yogurt and drink.

Room size suitable for traveler”
Room size is a bit small if you share the room with a friend. The hotel has a hot spring, but size is quite limited. Others are quite good. Esp. breakfast, room cleanness.

Great location with very good breakfast”
It located not far from metro and jr station. So easy to go directly to Narita or Haneda airport. I love the most is Onsen with reasonable price for this area.

Good Location with Onsen”
Very good location, nearby train station just 5 mins walk. Next to shopping area so you can enjoy shopping. Onsen also let you relax and therapy from exhausting whole day walking.

Hot spring hotel with good location but too small rooms”
Super hotel is such a good location hotel (8-10 minutes to Ameyoko market or Akihabara station shopping), hot spring bath room is great but rooms are really small, not comfortable for families with many luggages.

The property map is confusing for those guest who are first time stay in . The room key style is more secure .
