Wonderful Hospitality - Soothing ONSEN Bath”
As we checked in, we received a small gift which set the tone for this dual personality hotel. Yes, the room is small (typical to Tokyo) and a bit monochromatic, but the aura of the hotel is warm. welcoming and hospitable....plus it has a wonderful ONSEN bath. The staff was incredibly helpful and we were always met with smiles. Friendships were developed at the included breakfast, as the dining room is designed to promote interaction among guests. Rooms were clean, food was good, and the prices were quite affordable. Be sure to take the carbonated ONSEN...pure bliss.

Great hotel, at a perfect location and price”
While booking we felt this hotel was very small and were anxious of that. However, 1) the rooms are very well laid out, beds big enough for two grown adults..plus there are ample sockets and even a usb charging port by your bed sids 2) they offer free breakfast to everyone 3) the amenities were excellent and the staff cleans the room every day. They even provide slippers and pjyajma sets. 4) the location is bang within Kabukicho yet there was no noise. The crowd at the hotel too was very good

The price was reasonable to me. The position is a little bit far from station but is adjacent to Kabukicho. All the things in my room were nice and clean, and the hotel also provided several different kind of pillows letting people to choose what they need. I was impressed by people who work in this hotel are extremely enthusiastic about their job. Especially the two ladies in dining room not only offered tasty breakfast, but also dynamic passion.

Value for money! ”
I was a bit worried when we heard that the hotel is situated in Kabukicho, which is a red light district. However, I still felt safe walking around the area even at night. It’s very close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment places. Plus a good few minutes walk from the train. The hotel was spotless and offers breakfast. The room itself doesn’t feel too cramped. We loved the freebies too! That was a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to try the Onsen as we just stayed 2 nights. Will definitely come back!

Zen-based hotel that encourage recycling and prevent wastage. I must highlight that the room is more spacious than other hotel rooms. Had slightly bigger comfortable beds. Staff were very welcoming and many free gifts for guests even just short stay. Had a vast variety of free breakfast as well.

Short walk to Shinjuku station and surrounding areas, very convenient. Room a bit small but quite practical and really clean. Free buffet breakfast daily is great and they always taste good. Overall it’s a good stay for us, will definitely stay at Super Hotel again if we come to Tokyo.

Comfortable stay”
Clean and comfortable hotel equipped with modern facilities. The room, while small, is very well designed with little wasted space. Beds are comfortable and the room is air-conditioned (great for summer months!). Staff are also very helpful and friendly, and can speak English, mandarin and Korean! The staff made the stay very pleasant. Breakfast timing is quite early at 7 - 930am, but the spread is very good. Can get congested in the breakfast area, however. Do note that the hotel is quite a distance to walk from Shinjuku station - about 15mins, and about 20mins from the express bus terminal. Also, be prepared to wait for the lift as there is only one lift that serves 13 floors. The in house onsen was also a nice place to relax.

Good value for the money”
Rooms are small but that’s anywhere in Japan. Considering how much you are paying this hotel is hands down the best value for your money. They provide breakfast, access to an onsen, and they give little goody bags when you check in. I would stay here again! The only drawback is that there’s only one elevator so if you try to use it during a peak time like checkout it will be difficult.

Great place to stay very close to the main Shinjuku area”
The hotel room was basic in appearance, but had everything I needed. The staff were lovely. The free breakfast was great, a very wide variety of choices. The hotel is very close to two train stations on the Yamanote line, and easy walking distance to the main area of Shinjuku including Golden Gai.

Nice hotel in a great location”
Was everything we needed for our four day stay in Shinjuku. Really fun area to explore. It’s also close to Shinjuku Station which is on the Yamanote line. That makes getting around Tokyo with a JR pass a breeze.

Wonderful Hotel”
Our favorite hotel out of 3 in which we stayed at during our trip. The staff was wonderful and welcoming and breakfast was superb. The amenities were amazing and the location was great.

Excellent location ”
Shinjuku isn't for family with young kids. Fun for adults. We're staying here for three nights. Seems to be the best location in Shinjuku for the price and explore the area. A lot of exceptional restaurants shopping around hotel. Train stations, famous restaurants or shopping malls in walking distance. Place is really small but clean, room services are and staff are very polite.

Value for money, nice & comfy room, will stay again”
Though located in kabukicho ( entertainment & red light district), dont worry, there's nothing outrageous on the streets. Its 10mins walk to Shinjuku station (with lotsa shopping stores through the walk) & ard 8 mins to Gion District, which was great to have a beer late night and walk back (without having to worry about taxi fare). Room was clean and cozy. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even gave us christmas tidbits goodie bag to celebrate xmas haha

Small Gem in Shinjuku”
The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The complimentary breakfast is a very good quality with a large selection of fruits, vegetables, proteins, and carbs. Sometimes the breakfast area can get a bit crowded, and it is worth waking up a little early. The rooms are small, but well-kept and extremely clean. I was traveling to Japan for the first time with a friend, and this was a great fit for the first hotel.

Great location. Just a straight and short walk from Don Quijote. Clean rooms and courteous staff. Healthy breakfast came with the room and was very well prepared. Will surely return here.

Great modern, eco-friendly, budget hotel”
Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised to receive freebies (well-package facial & body products)! We stayed in 2 connecting rooms for 9 nights for my family of 4. Location for transportation is abit far from the train stations. Its around 12mins walk to Higashi-Shinjuku station and 20mins walk to Shinjuku station. For food options, there are plenty in the area. Hotel breakfast is tasty and has a variety of options. Clean room, quiet environment and comfy bed (you can also choose different types of pillows). Rooms are small for opening 2 big luggages and toilet can be quite cramped. But I loved their organic shower products! Staffs are always friendly and helpful.

We totally enjoyed our 3-night stay here. Though the hotel is located at the redlight district, neighborhood is peaceful & quiet. Will definitely would love to stay here again. And oh, we love the daily breakfast.

Loved it!!”
The Staff here are amazing and so helpful. Bed was hard but so comfortable to sleep on. Really nice complimantry toiletries given on arrival including face masks, bath salts etc. Breakfast was good and lots to choose from. Hotel was really clean. Room was very small but most rooms are in Japan and we made it work. Would definitely recommend.

Location is very good I can walk to shinjuku in 5-8 mins. Staff are very helpful and kind. This is the second time for me if i go there for next time i will book here again.
