Great location ”
Great location with an incredible view. Bathroom was newly renovated and room was nice. Kitchen cabinets could do with an upgrade to look more modern and match the bathroom. But that is just not picking. Overall a great place to stay. Private spa was amazing, and there are rooms with private pools too.

Amazing place to escape and find some serenity”
The hotel is pretty much contact-less. Door key via a web app was exciting. Views from the room are spectacular. Private spa tubs in most rooms available to use at your leisure are totally worth it!

Beautiful scenery”
It is very near to Seongsan summit and we could wake up at 5am to hike to the peak of the mountain to watch the sunrise. Within a short walk around 10 mins, there are many restaurants available. Especially like the spa at the balcony of our room to relax our muscles after the hike. We had dinner downstairs the room. There are only 2 choices of burger and we had both. Food aesthetics are very beautiful as well as tasty.

Lovely retreat ”
This hotel was a lovely retreat, in a quiet part of town -- I wouldn't recommend getting a room with an outdoor pool unless it is the warmer months, as the pools are not at all heated and are very cold -- the hot tub and view were lovely however.

Very calm and picturesque location. The main pool is not well maintained and not heated at all. Also as it is in front of the hotel restaurant everyone including outside visitors is watching. It was lovely to use our jacuzzi which is on the private patio after a long day of exploring, Jeju Island. Breakfast was very basic and cold. The only positive about this hotel is its location, facing the sea, amazing view and fresh air.

Great vire facing sea and sonsan Ilchulbong”
Excellent view, facing sea from hot tub in the terrace. You can also watch Songsan Ilchulbong from hotel cafe, it was awesome. However, Swimming pool is a lot smaller than pictures on the ads, the length may be size of 2 bath tub? The pool and the fence looked also very outdated and old. Needed to pay additional ₩100,000 to get pool heated for 2 hours in advance. looked forward to private family swiming time by the sea but ended up only using it for may be 15 min max. It was too small and old. Breakfast ends at exactly at 9:30am. No foods availavle after 9:30. Not even a toast , cereal or bagel. So if you need a breakfast be at the cafe before 9:30.

Worth for the view”
Worth for the view! We stayed in a Duplex Studio room. Best view in the Island. Convenient parking slot (walking distance less then a minite). Peopeles are frirndly and helpful but English speaking tourist may found difficulties in communication.

Great location and view”
Located close to aquaplanet Jeju and right in front of Songsan Ilchulbong. We had breakfast at the hotel cafe watching Songsan Ilchulbong, it was amazing! Also it was nice to enjoy hot tub watching sea. The only downfall was the pool size. It was very small compared to picture and it was actually different than how it looked on the ads.

The property has a beautiful view, the rooms are very wow, but the whole experience is let down by things needing a bit of maintenance, and very poor customer service. First it is very close to seongsan, walkable with good free parking. The reception staff were not very welcoming, she just handed us the key, said nothing else and walked off, no direction to the room or anything. Their restaurant was average looking although we didn't eat there, seemed very expensive. Pool is quite small but has a great view. The rooms are the highlight, we had a two story loft with a great outdoor spa. But the rooms are definitly in need a of a bit of maintenance in a few areas around but overall good. The other thing that let the hotel down was that they aren't very generous with outfitting the rooms and generally try to nickel and dime you for everything. No bin in the kitchen, only one pot, minimal utensils, no microwave even though there's a stove. Extra cost for more than one pillow, etc

Poor Cleanliness”
The toilet was dirty especially at the toilet bowl area. It was not cleaned thoroughly and the urine smell was so heavy that I can smell it once open the door. The room was poorly maintained. Only 2 soft pillows for a king bed. The gliding door was dirty too. The handle of the chair was also broken. No breakfast.

Location is hard to find. Access is only through a small cement road or path big enough for one car. Most staff cannot speak English. We stayed on the first floor and have to carry our own luggage up to the room.

Location is ok but not value for money”
This place is not for foreigners because they totally couldn’t help you when you need help as they didn’t speak a single word of English. I got into a minor accident on day 1 as I accidentally scrap a car parked at the roadside and want to make a police report so I called the front desk, they said no one spoke English here and sorry couldn’t assist me. I ended up search for a nearby police station to call and again they didn’t speak English too but they asked me to call 112 where they have a translator standby to do the translation when I explained the situation to the police officer. Btw, the room is facing U-do but not Seongsan Iluchubong. Location wise it’s great as it’s walkable to Seongsan Iluchubong. There are plenty of options near Seongsan so why bother about this.

Could not check in, not clean”
Requested early check in at 1ish (saw other review that they couldn’t check in til 3 sharp) didn’t want to risk going and not getting our room without a confirmation. There was no confirmation so we ended up checking In at 10pm. The reception was closed (agoda confirmation said check in after 3pm but did not mention the limitations). Couldn’t check in the first night, bumped into some hotel guest who tried to call the hotel but no luck. Came back next morning to check in for day 2, staff told us breakfast times and gave us passcode and room number. Five mins after going to our room staff rings the bell telling us our rate does not include breakfast. Hotel would not refund and claims that we requested for free breakfast as compensation for first night. (???) Stay was just average - room was simple, walls chipped, washroom had hair and some mold, panel for the jacuzzi was half broken (and since it was late and no staff on duty we could not call and ask for help). Zero service.

Good location but…. ”
Good location and nice view Cafe food and drink is good But accommodation is self-service including check in and check out, not recommended for travellers who travel with heavy suitcases because there’s no elevator and only stairs. Moreover, there is poor maintenance for the room (eg. furniture , floor).

It was the worst experience I've ever had! ”
There was a problem from the check in. They mistakenly gave us a different room from what we've reserved, so we had to waste our time. They didn't even provide basic amenities such as towels, and we had to request three times via service call. Also when we check out, they said that the calender is gone(we didn't even need any calender), and treated us like a thief. we were told that we will be provided with sandwichs due to early check out. However they did not provide any of them maybe because of the calender issue. It was unfortunate that we were unable to use many of the facilities and services, but the worst was the attitude and service mind of the employees. It was the worst experience I've ever had!

Perfect Place in Jeju”
Words cannot fully describe the feelings we had when we stepped into the lodging. The view was perfect, was walkable distance to Seongsan (for us as we like to walk) We were blessed with perfect weather. Highly recommended. Hot tube was so good too in the chilly weather.

Amazing view with private jacuzzi pool!”
Loved the location of the hotel - amazing view of the sea, coast, and seongsan ilchulbong! Enjoyed the private jacuzzi with warm water as well. Treated to a pleasant surprise in the morning - got to witness the women divers doing their thing right from the comfort of our room!
