Small bed & dirty room & Waste of money…”
Bed to small if you are tall because it ends up with the wall… Asked for a new room which was denied… Couldn’t sleep well at all… Dark window so that you couldn’t look outside… Room really dirty & especially the bathroom…not cleaned for days… Noisy Bar & restaurant closed Information not in English… Staff declined to keep the luggage… Staff not friendly and helpful! Waste of time and money!

However, as the size of a single room (12㎡) was not comfortable for you, we arranged a twin room (2 beds, 18㎡) with a better view at no extra charge. Nonetheless, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you. We apologize that we did not make you satisfied with housekeeping, and we will surely improve the part that you have mentioned. For luggage storage, we handle the guests’ luggage for free of charge until 12:00 a.m. on the day you check out. If the guests would like to keep the luggage for several days after checking out, although 1day / 500 yen will be cost, we storage the luggage. Room and pillows ”
Room is too small for a couple and pillows too hard to sleep on. Staff was very nice. Check in was hard because have to use computer. If one breaks, only have one other computer to check in or out

It is small but you get what you paid for”
The small size will annoy you after third day. Good for short staying. Anything longer would be demanding. It is a new hotel so good for value for money. At the end, you get what you paid for.

Modern hotel with rooftop view of tokyo skytree”
The hotel looks new. Nice rooftop view of tokyo skytree. A bit far from the nearest train station. Great location just 5min walks to Asakusa Sensoji Temple. Have lawson, 7e and family mart nearby. Room was very clean. Stayed for 2 nights and they did clean the room for our 2nd night. No luggage trolley. But they can keep our luggage on the reception while we go fo sightseeing. Smooth check-in, staffs were helpful.

Good value middle-range hotel”
Breakfast in cafe poor - avoid and buy better breakfast items in nearby shop for half the price - but otherwise a good value hotel.

Clean and comfortable hotel ”
The location is slightly away from the train station, about 10-15mins walk. Room size is good enough and very clean & comfortable. Overall, value for money.

Great stay”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay ... the hotel room was larger than usual Japanese hotels and we had very comfortable twin beds. The shopping and food market was close by. The Tokyo Tree Tower was also in walking distance. The express train to Narita airport could be caught from the local station too.

My honest review : Pros 1. Clean 2. Good location just at the back of Sensoji Temple (3mins) 3. Have washing machine on premise although have to queue 4. Alot of restaurant nearby 5. Near shopping area Cons 1. abit far from metro station which if youre with young children maybe a problem

Well equipped & great location”
This hotel is close by to the busy Asakusa, walking distance to Sensoji, Kaminarimon with many eateries and shopping nearby. The room layout is just okay, room size are not big, but well equipped with comfortable beds. The plus point would definitely be the Rooftop view overseeing Asakusa and the marvellous Tokyo Tower!

NOT CLOSE TO A JR STATION or any other train station”
The hotel itself is great, nice spacious double room, nice bathroom and toilet. The terrace is the actual jewel of this hotel! You can just get something to eat and drink from some of the many near konbini stores and go up and enjoy the view of the Skytree and the Sensō-ji temple! The big downside of this hotel is the location. There are not train stations near it; the closest train line is the subway Asasuka line which takes up to 16 mins walking to get there. If you are using the JR pass, this is NOT the hotel for you! Since getting to a JR station such as the Uguisudani Station will take you up to 22 mins (1,7 KM) Fortunately, our JR pass was already expired for this last portion of our trip, otherwise I would have been so mad to not be able to use it. Overall, stay at this hotel if you don’t mind walking everyday for 16 mins and you are not using the JR pass.

Spacious !”
Probably the most spacious 3 star room I had stayed in . Beautiful rooftop with view of Sensoji and Tokyo skytree tower Accessibility was abit of an issue on the first day. Google maps does not show that the Sensoji grounds are open at night. If you walk through the temple grounds from Asakusa station (Ginza orange line) you can get to the hotel faster as opposed to walking along the roads

Best location”
Located very near to Sensoji Temple, convenience stores and train stations. The room is very clean but small just like any other accommodations in Tokyo. They provide sleepwear so it’s a plus! Bed is comfortable enough and the toilet is decent.
