Great location ”

A good choice for business trips or for first timers in Tokyo. Shinjuku nightlife is very close and walkable (golden Gai only 10min walkway), metro is even closer. Staff is super friendly, convenience stores are three in the same street, some restaurants as well

Front door locks at 1pm”

Too bad it has curfew time from 1am till 6am. Reason I book this place is to get back late but turned out it’s not the case. 10am front desk ring you to say your time is up. Felt like I was in a old school hostel or somewhere. Wifi is good & basic amenity

1 Day Stay”

Reception is quite warm. A large space is provided for reception and visitor's lounge. Free computer terminals are available at the front lounge. Internet is available within the hotel. Taxis are just pass by around the vicinity and can be called. Cafes, restaurants, and supermarket are just around the hotel

Low prices. It has good location, so no need to spend money on train tickets also. Good for short term stay. Since there was no bath in the room, it was quite big. However, the space could be used better -- there were no shelves to put my staff on. Even the table is too small.

i have nothing to say about the price, it is a good price in shinjuku. however, hotel closed between 1am-6am, it is quite inconvenient. also, i wish agoda can put this hotel policy to the hotel description in order to let more people to know this situation.

Adequate, functional business hotel”

Good location; adequate room, clean and quiet However, when my friends arrived, looking for accommodation, they were denied access to my room, even to have a quick look. So they stayed somewhere else. Nobody wins with such inflexibitiy

Not bad, staffs are very nice & helpful, and the environment & room is clean & quiet. A bit far from subway station (10 min. walk) if with big/heavy luggage.

clean but strange rules”

this hotel has the most rules and the strangest ones. first morning shower only open for 6am - 9 am. and you have leave your room at 10am and not allowed to come back till 4pm. because staff are going through serious cleaning processes. at about 9:30am speakers on each floor will be playing a message in every language to ask guests to leave their rooms by 10 am. I felt like i was in a military boarding school. shower opens at 5pm till 1 am, hotel doors shut at 1 am and you are not allowed to enter after that. the good thing about this is that the room are spotless.

Very old fashioned, just for business trip”

easy access from Shinjuku sancho-me. Very old fashioned. There is a curfew between 11pm-6am so you can not enter/exit hotel during the period. You must turn in your key to the front desk when you go out. I stayed single room with bathroom but there is a public bath on groundfloor which means there a lot of rooms without toilet so you better check before reserve it. Room was small and clean but kinda old and bit smelly. Breakfast buffet was just ok but not that good.

离新宿站步行15分钟 新宿三丁目10分钟 东新宿10分钟 ，还算便利，服务和清洁度满意，不过酒店装修比较老，可能我这间单人间是可以吸烟的，我本人不抽烟但是每天回房间还是有股烟味，烟味渗透在了家具中吧（不是中央空调）总体来说还是满意的。

位置一般...谷歌地图总会推荐到jr新宿乘车，就会有点远，晚上1点-6点酒店是关门的，10-16(17)点要清扫酒店要客人出去..但是那天我身体不舒服下午回来也是同意让我休息了，大浴室早上10点后就关门了，不过旁边有一个大浴室还不错(有点小贵)周围便利店吃饭的也都有还行，因为咳嗽，前台还给我提供了药这点不错，就是第一天来空调是坏的，但是安排了换房间多少影响了我休息

CP值高的酒店！酒店十分潔淨，酒店服務員十分熱情有禮、又有唔同國籍同事係前台，溝通十分方便！酒店附近有好多便利店、食店，步行去新宿站只是十多分鐘，挺方便的！

公共浴室是不錯,但乾衣服務有點差,乾沒兩次也不行,希望 貴酒店將來會更好 期待下次光臨時,酒店會重建或重新裝潢

若不介意公共澡堂是很不錯的選擇”

離新宿車站走路大概十到十五分，房間乾淨整齊，空間蠻大的，又有電視可以看，而且行李可以寄放，但是洗澡必須在公共澡堂和其他人一起洗，澡堂有分男女，若不介意公共澡堂是很不錯的選擇。
