Value for money, comfort and location ”
The apartment we stayed in is located in the quiet neighborhood and is 5min walk from Tokyo House Inn. It’s a 3 bedroom unit with 1 tv, 1 pocket wifi, 1 kitchen, 1 dining, ref, microwave, separate toilet and bath, veranda and roof deck. We really liked the unit because the rooms is big and we can move freely and comfortably plus we can cook our breakfast. The location is near Shin Okubo JR station 6min walk and Higashi Shinjuku Metro station 6min walk. 2 supermarket, Family Mart, 7/11 and Don Quijote all 6min walk from the apartment plus many restaurants around. It is also near Korean Town. We arrived early and they have a space for luggages where u can leave them. We liked everything except for the towels that is very small. I would love to stay here again.

Wished I had found this place sooner. we would have stayed longer. Coffee and breakfast offered in the am but we didn’t have the opportunity to check it or the rest of the facilities out.

Small studio, located in a tiny narrow street in the middle of Shinjuku; fits 3 people. 2 stay on the bed, and one has to sleep on a mattress on the floor. It was good and comfortable for 2, but if you are on budget 3 should be alright.

Check in and check out was a breeze. Room was small for 4 people especially if you all have large suitcases. . Location is perfect.It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood where you can relax and sleep peacefully after a whole day of walking with a lot of people. The Inn is near the train station and many Korean Restaurants. Towels were small and we didn't like the smell, like it was not fresh from the laundry. It was just a hassle coming to the other Inn just to change our towels. Kitchen utensils were complete. There is no housekeeping but the room was generally clean when we arrived. Pillows were small and you only get one per person. The staff were friendly and funny. We would consider returning here but we'd bring our own towel and book a bigger room.

Its an apartment type not a hotel. The room was clean, toilet was a bit small but acceptable. Breakfast will be prepared occupants at tokyo house inn which is 3-min walk from tokyo house inn 2. Very accommodating staff.

Overall experience is good only. The room is big, but the cleanliness is bad, still able to find out some of the dirty thing, when we check in, the toilet room was locked, at the end still need a screw to open it, feel weird, and the Free Rental Mobile Phone was playing the music without turn it off by the cleaner, make us shock by think someone is inside. The staff also cant explain anything. The location is very good, u wont feel hungry, these is a lot of Korea food around this area.!!

-On a separate building from Tokyo House Inn (less than 5 minutes walk) where you have to Check-In. -Do note that this is a licensed minpaku site/apartment. Site is on the residential area so there's no issue with regards to surrounding noise but quite a long walk to shopping sites in Shinjuku. - Very spacious for Tokyo Standards (3 bedroom type apartment) - 5-8 minute walk to the nearest subway station (Higashi-Shinjuku) - Within Korea town, expect restaurants to be of Korean cuisine - Garbage collection wasn't done nor explained throughout our stay

Is a house of your own. No cleaning service, have to DIY. Towels have to bring to reception to change. Reception sometime no people around. Prepare own mosquito spray. Bed sheet kind of dirty. Stain towels as well. Breakfast is DIY bread & eggs. Shower no place to hang clothes. Good handy phone to use. No slipper, toothbrush provided. Bring your own. No English channel on tv

The accommodation is near the chin-Okubo station, but it's a bit far from the station. The entrance is quite isolated. And without security Because there is no key card to access

Not a friendly welcoming hostel”
Arrived late from airport. Staff were not welcoming or friendly and just handed us a key and told us to follow google maps to another building down and around some back lanes. We saw no-one again from the hostel until Check out when a guy ran past me grabbed the key and shouted up to someone to give me my deposit back. We chose a hostel because we thought they would be a friendly atmosphere with other people to meet and suggestions from staff on what to do etc but actually would have been better off in a hotel.

The place is near all the Korean eateries which I like. However, it’s bathroom is so small ”
For those who are small frame , it’s okay to stay here. Otherwise not advisable . Not somewhere I will stay in future as it’s pretty costly per night.

it's a short walk to the train station which is one station away from Shinjuku. so the location was not bad. however, the room was dirty (you could feel small sand particles as you walk around) when we checked in. I had to clean the floor and my cloth turned out black! the toilet and bath area was bare minimum. I would not recommend the place.

I couldn't find this place and no one responded to my calls”
I couldn't find this place, when calling they didn't pick up and none of the locals said they never heard of this place. Spent an hour looking for this place at the end of the day i was forced to book new accommodation that night last minute and it was scary. Can I please have a refund of my booking this isn't fair.

Heater didn't work. Staff was rude. Part of room very dirty. No hand towel. Taxi can't reach the place. Luckily no raining on the day we checked out
