1) What I loved about Tosei hotel is their 24/7 free hot or cold coffee or chocolate or water. Tea bags included. There is even an ice bucket which never runs out of ice. 2) The hotel is just a few minutes walk to Kanda Station which is just 1 station away from either Akihabara or Tokyo. And just 30 minutes away from/to Haneda airport. A huge plus for a tourist. 3) Room is regularly clean and if you put a DND sign, housekeeping still leaves fresh towels & toothbrush outside your door. 4) 2nd floor is their Laundry area for guests which you need to put coins but the big plus is no need to buy laundry detergent soap as the machines are already equipped inside. 5) Hotel has vending machines on 4th floor. 6) Bfast is not buffet type but only 3 options to choose from and always accompanied by a salad. But unlimited soup & boiled veggies, coffee, tea or ice tea. When I come back again, I will still book again with Tosei Hotel😊👍

More than Cost-Effective”
I travel to Japan once annually. When I book the hotel, I find a new one. This hotel is newly made and near Kanda JR station. If you move from Haneda airport, it takes around 30 min to use monorail and JR line. Tosei has a free coffee machine for the guest at the lobby. This is very useful and I guarantee you will use it more than once with happiness. All facility is so clean and new. You can use English at reception without trouble. There are extra pillows beside of coffee machine for your convenience. The room is definitely so clean and you may receive 2 bottles of complement water for every day. At Bathroom, huge sized of Shampoo, Conditioner and Body Soap for the amenity. But I cannot find the safe and Iron. I was so lucky to find this hotel with very reasonable price. I strongly recommend you if you find the 3 stars and cost-effective hotel.

Great value stay”
Everything you need packed into a bijou space! Well provisioned, clean room, set up mainly for business travelers but perfect for tourists, though I wouldn’t want to share a room as they’re pretty small. My sister and I found them cheap enough to rent a room each which is great for Tokyo. Located in a more traditional part of Tokyo, not as crazy-busy as some more touristy areas. Very convenient for getting out and about, a few minutes walk from Kanda station and a couple of stops from Tokyo station where the Shikansen trains come in. Helpful, friendly staff. Local supermarkets, drugstore and inexpensive restaurants. A good base for a few days.

Best vegetarian breakfast ever”
I can't stress enough how good the breakfast was. Only one of the three options was vegetarian, but the buffet extras were absolutely great (two different daily veggie soup and seasonal veggies). Unlimited coffee and tea as well. Really delicious! The hotel staff was really friendly as well, small but clean and functional rooms (maybe if you carry a lot of luggage try to upgrade to a bigger room). Just a 10-15min walk to Akihabara, plus a subway station is under 5 min from the hotel. Will definitely be staying here again when visiting Tokyo!

Best budget hotel around this location with clean rooms.”
Location: 5* Little difficult to identify. But very close to the Kanda Station. Cleanliness: 5* Its a very clean and nice. Staff: 5* They are very friendly and very courteous. Facilities:5* The facilities are standard as provided in all the hotels. Rooms:4* As usual in Japan the rooms are small and only have enough space to walk in and out. But the bed and other facilities are very good.

A pleasant stay”
The hotel is near the train station. Their facilities are new and we were impressed that there was even a well-maintained, clean humidifier (the water tanks are sometimes prone to mould but Tosei's was spotless!). There are many eateries and konbini nearby, so everything was convenient. The room was comfortable and clean. The hot drinks machine provided us with a warm welcome at the lobby after a cold day outside.

Very clean, nice location, compact hotel”
The hotel itself is very compact, but nicely managed. Stayed two nights, was quiet and clean all the time. About five minutes away from Kanda station, convenient to go to anywhere in Tokyo. The staffs were nice as well, communication was not a problem. Read some reviews about tiny room, but I believe it is average in Japan, especially in Tokyo area.

Accessible to MRT, Room is super clean and great facilities”
The hotel is very accessible is quite near to the MRT (Kanda Station). The room is super clean. I loved it when they clean my room every day. I loved the coffee machine at the first floor. Overall excellent and will definitely return when I am in Tokyo.

Tosei Hotel Cocone Kanda is located just a few steps from JR Kanda station. It made our 8-day trip to Tokyo even more enjoyable. We have not had any problems with the location and i’m giving it an 11 out of a 10 star review 😁😁😁. It was not huge but just alright based on Tokyo standards. The room is sparkling clean when we arrived. I made a special request upon booking not to make us move rooms (since I made 2 separate bookings) and It was not even necessary for me to state my concern again upon check in as it was immediately confirmed prior to providing us the hotel room keys. It was excellent. Too bad I was not able to try the cafe downstairs but will sure do come November when we go back. I’ll definitely book Tosei again when in Tokyo. I love it!

Very convenient”
Nicely situated 3 minutes on foot from Kanda JR station, from Kanda subway station. So you are 1 station away from Tokyo station where all big JR lines stop. Hotel itself is really great. Nice and clean, rooms are small, but usual for Japan. Great value for money

Awesome hotel and location”
Minutes away from Kanda Station, a very clean hotel in a pleasant location. Staff were friendly and held our cases when we arrived. Room was neat and we had a fridge. Breakfast, although only three options, was very tasty. Highly recommended.

Very convenient and comfortable ”
The hotel is just nearby the train station and there is a lot of restaurant nearby. The room is clean and big enough for two person. They provide free drinks vending machine at the lobby for their customers as well. The staff very polite too.

Quite, relax and spacious.”
The hotel is located in a quite area, its very good if you hate the urban, crowded noise and want some privacy. Less vehicles passing by, not in red light district but still there are lots of shops, restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Kanda station is just a walking distance from the hotel. By the way they have a coffee machine that has lots of choices and its all free. Last thing, their rooms are more spacious compared to other hotels on the same price range.

What a good stay ! ”
Good location, just one station ahead from Tokyo station, a lot good food and convenient store around the hotel, although the room is not that big but everything was fine and clean! Will be coming back next year for sure

Central Tokyo Area”
The hotel is very near Kanda station, and 1 stop away from Tokyo Station. There's free coffee, tea and chocolate drink at the lobby. Hotel staff are very accomodating. Room size is average like other hotels, no closet space. What amazed me is the heated mirror in the bathroom. Goodbye foggy mirror! We also misplaced 1 keycard, and they just gave us another card. No additional charge. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Near to train station”
Love this hotel! All Japan hotel are small but its okay since it's near the Kanda Train station. You should stop at JR west exit as it's nearer to the hotel. Other exits are quite far and you need to do a big U-TURN. Ginza line is there also. Family mart and 7-11 available too! There's kettle, hairdyer, humidifier. But in winter you can just open the window! It's really cold!

1. Good location, 2 minute walk to Kanda Station (1 station away from Tokyo Station) 2. Very friendly and accommodating staff 3. Rooms are small but manageable. Clean toilet, toiletries available and replenished everyday 4. My favorite part- unlimited coffee and tea at the lobby! Will definitely book here again on my next visit to Tokyo! Will definitely come back here. Free coffee/choco/tea, hot or cold in the lobby 24/7. Location is just a few minutes away from Kanda Station. Lots of food shops and combinis (Lawson, 7-11 & Familymart) nearby not to mention, food shops. If i opt for free bfast, don't expect buffet. Only (3) choices to choose from served in plate but unli soup, boiled veggies and hot drinks and tea.

Excellent location, value for money”
Very happy with our stay here. Convenient and right next to the Kanda JR station which easily takes you around the city. Has all the necessary amenities. Standard size for a Japanese hotel room, just fitting 2 large suitcases in 1 room as expected. Free coffee machine at the front. Would definitely be back.

Peaceful and Modern Hotel”
We had a pleasant stay here. They hv free drinks at the lobby, u can take as much as u want. Smooth check in and checkout. Very modern hotel eventhough the room is quite small for big sizes like us, but still we had a great stay there. Thanks for the hospitality.
