Very impress with their service. Hotel provide snack with free beverages (tea,hot choco,mocca,coffee) and for ladies, complimentary mask, lotion, face lotion for free too -u can take at counter with many option of flaovour. Room is bigger as compare typical tokyo hotel room and many power socket so no need to use extension to charge HP. Multi type charging cable is provided too. Bed and pillow is very comfortable.toilet is clean and towel is clean. Shampoo and conditioner smell very good,i like it. Water preassure is good too, heater is stable. I cant find anything bad about this hotel. If you want to stay for longer time, you can consider to stay here. Very enjoy to stay here. I will come again to stay for sure!

Actually i dont have a single negative thing to mention about this hotel . Its a clean well organized hotel with 5 star service. The breakfast is awesome. Its very close to iriya station only 2 minutes Walk . We returned to airport from iriya station. Getting around tokyo is much easier. Its actually the miniature of a 5 star hotel . Prices are really good. all staff are really good. We lived with kids and we all really enjoyed the stay there. Defenitely will book vessel inn in our next trip. Thanks

The best hotel at Iriya Station”
Very closed to Iriya Station with comfortable to carry large luggage by elevator at exit 4, cross the road and walk two minutes to hotel. Nice room with moderated and provided all amenities in room like five star hotel. Breakfast was great, free welcome drink with many Japanese dessert, soft drinks, tea , coffee and many more, and complimentary lite meal till late night. I will return yo stay here if I be around here again and highly recommend this hotel to all tourist.

Great service, Clean and Convenient”
Highly recommended this hotel. The staff are very helpful and service minded. Breakfast are great. Complimentary drink is a plus. The room are clean and tidy. We booked big room 24sqm. on newly renovated floor and it is spacious compared to standard size in Tokyo. Our kids and I really enjoyed our stay here. รร อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟใต้ดินIriya ซึ่งอยู่ถัดจากueno มาแค่สถานีเดียว เดินทางง่าย ย่านนี้สงบ คนไม่พลุกพล่าน ขนาดห้องที่เราพักเป็นห้อง ใหญ่ 24ตรม. ขนาดกว้างเมื่อเทียบกับไซค์รร.ทั่วไปในโตเกียว ไลน์อาหารเช้าดี อร่อย มีน้ำผลไม้ กาแฟให้กดดื่มฟรีทั้งวัน แถมหลังสามทุ่มมีข้าวต้มรอบดึกให้ทานอุ่นท้องก่อนนอนอีกต่างหาก

best option for family with small children”
great location. we like it that the location is in a quiet area away from the busy city but still accessible and near. room was clean and comfortable. we enjoyed the free late night ochazuke and breakfast every morning there is variety. the staff are also friendly and very accommodating. we will definitely stay here again. valie for money!

Nice little hotel with great service”
The staff really did help us out with all our requests and thus made our stay as comfortable as possible (considering the very small room). The 3 of us were staying for 8 nights and every request for extra towels, pillows and sheets was granted without extra charge. They also kept our luggage during our Mount Fuji trip and even had it waiting in our new room, after our return. We arrived around 10am in the morning normally had to wait for 4 hours to get to our room. This was the only extra charge (1000 JPY per 1 hour) we encountered and kind of reasonable. After the red eye flight, we gladly took this offer. Throughout the day, you can get coffee and small snacks + from 9pm onwards you get rice & miso soup (with Japanese condiments) until 11pm. Like the breakfast it is nothing super special, but for a 3 star hotel and the convenience of being able to sit down and have a coffee, chocolate or just plain cold water, it is well appreciated.

Thank you Vessel Inn for making my first experience of Tokyo such a pleasure. My room was very comfortable. Staff were always available for questions and assistance. Thanks for the free beauty products on offer every day, such as face mask and hair mask conditioner. It was such a pleasure to have nice bath after a long day of walking around. I loved the Iriya area, not crowded with tourists, but for me personally a very genuine Japanese experience. There are some beautiful old shrines in the area and lots of small restaurants. It is very conveniently situated for Hibya subway line. The best thing was the generous breakfast buffet, which introduced me to the culture of Japanese breakfast food and was a very memorable experience. Defintely very good value for money.

Best place in Japan ”
We had good accommodations through our Japan journey, but this was by far the best place. I only wish we had found it before our last night. Space, facilities, food, staff....everything was wonderful. The location was not in the tourist district (I prefer local areas), but close enough to access easily my foot or metro. If I come to Japan again, I will return here in a heartbeat.

Great location and breakfast”
We stayed here for 3 nights, and very satisfied with the location, walking distance to the subway station, near shops and supermarkets. The best thing though is the breakfast! Loved the tuna sashimi, very generous serving and excellent quality. Staff is very nice and helpful. Will come back for sure. Thanks!

Excellent hotel, the room was very well maintained and the lounge had complimentary snacks during the day and night. Very near the metro station, and 1 stop away from Ueno, which is convenient for travellers who have a flight to catch in the morning if they need to take the Skyliner

Great location and nice service. We loved the breakfast, Japanese style sweets and late night snacks they provide every day. The staff were all so kind and very willing to help. We will definitely choose to live again.

Very good value for money”
Very good value for money. With their formula to not to clean the room each day, but supply new towels and amenities in a clever way they can keep the cost low. And the breakfast is the BEST I EVER had in Japan. (I travel each year in Japan. So the best means something here) EXCELLENT!

Recommended accommodation, superb breakfast! ”
We stayed here for two nights and we are satisfied and happy to their service and comfort they offer. Across the road is the metro station one stop away from Ueno station. Go to Exit 4 on your way going to Vessel Inn hotel. There is a map board outside the station exit (bus stop) that will show you the way to the hotel. We arrived at 9am and just kept our luggage coz check-in time is 3pm. We left for our trip to Nikko and came back in the hotel, found out that our luggage waiting for us already in our room. We booked high floor single room, the bed was so big for three of us with a 11 yrs old boy. Washroom is very clean and everything is provided for your hygienic needs. Reception offers free skincare and facial masks for free. Breakfast is one of the best that I've been to. Freshest tuna sashimi and all the foods offer in buffet style are palatable and high quality. We requested for a cityview high floor and given with a tokyo tower view room. We will definitely stay here next time and will recommend to our friends too!

Five Star Sevice for affordable price”
Pros: -Near at Iriya Station exit 3 (2mins) its in the middle: for elevator go to exit 4 then turn right then left the right -Buffet breakfast is superb, with snack from 2pm-9pm and light dinner 9pm-11pm -Courteous and accommodating staff though some cant hardly speak english but they will try their best. -Ambiance well maintain and great set up (what u see on the photos are same but little smaller -Full of freebies -they have laundry, oven, vendie machine and smoking area at 5th flr Cons: small room but u can booked for their bigger room. Thank you so much Vessel Inn Ueno Iriya we really enjoyed our stay, we will definitely recommend and come back here. More power to this hotel

Great hotel with nice breakfast”
The hotel is very near to metro station, one stop away from Euno. The room is very clean, good service from staff. Hotel room is rather small but it's expected in Japan. We didn't book room with breakfast but after the first breakfast, my children asked for daily breakfast before starting our journey. Will definitely come back next time!
