Most especially when I checked out today Mar 28 early in the morning, a big shoutout to the front desk around 4am who tried to help me find a tricycle going to the Terminal. But since she’s unable to get her contact to fetch me, she asked the security to accompany me outside while waiting for a tricycle. Thank you for the concern and making sure your guests are safe! We booked rooms online for just a night and later extended to 4 nights in total. We couldn’t decide yet when to check out, so having the staff being helpful and flexible to book us every single day made it even better. The hotel is located in the heart of the city with vehicle parking available. Left some valuables upon checkout but staff were quick to return our belongings. The hotel is clean & great value for your money. 5/5*

Clean bathroom, sheets, good air-conditioning. For the heater to work in the bathroom though, you have to wait for around 5 minutes. Nice TV channels, and great location. Value for its price!

staff was friendly, accommodating and courteous. place was up to my standards of cleanliness, and i am quite meticulous. great location. would be nice to throw in some freebies like water and coffee sachets but for the price, i can understand if you cant :). price is more than reasonable. will definitely stay again should i come this way in the future

Very inconvenient ”
Hotel personnel did not double checked their bookings. When we arrived, there’s no room prepared for us. I told the personnel that the booking is already confirmed and that the payment has been made already (I showed all the emails received and the e-receipt). However, they were still not able to accommodate us. The front desk personnel They told us that they will refer us to another hotel and be refunded of the amount paid. We waited for more than an hour and was referred to another hotel. They have refunded us with the amount lesser than the the amount we paid for. The personnel was not able to give us a clear explanation about it. A very inconvenient experience indeed considering that we came from a long travel. Plus the front desk personnel assigned at that time wasn’t accommodating.
