Amazing Resort with a 5 Star Staff”
What else can I say but WOWWW? The location is amazing and the staff is incredibly supportive and accommodating. From Bevelyn to Marisel and all the dive crew, we have seldom met a team so pleasant and kind. One thing that could improve is the Wifi connection, however, it's not the fault of the resort, it is the island itself so the poor connection will not take away from the quality of the establishment. We will absolutely be back for our next Dumaguete trip. The restaurant is excellent and prices are fair. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the beds are magnificent. No complaints at all about Fish Unlimited ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wonderful staff and relaxing layout”
There is nothing to fault to unlimited fish. The staff is smiling and helpful. The food is very good (at reasonable resort price). The rooms are specious and clean (we particularly liked the one with the outdoor bathroom. The small size of the resort allows you to have a plunge in the pool before quickly going to change in the room or to get food from the restaurant to eat on your porch if you desire so. The beach is sandy but inside the water there are pebbles. Mostly people would go on boat to snorkel or dive off the resort (which has wonderful sights). As a last touch the manager is always present during the day making sure everything runs smoothly and addressing any concerns. While the location might be a bit remote for sightseeing the surroundings there is a very nice cafe just at the start of the off road and few local street food vendors along the main road.

We booked late for a winter diving trip over New Year. Apart from the shambles that is Philippine Air domestic flights, we had a wonderful trip. Negros is a very normal island with no obvious tourist traps. Damaguete is a large town with doctors and plenty if shops and a large market. Dauin is 2.7km down the beach - small market town. Resort is small and friendly, no stuffy formality. You can really relax there. Wifi works fine in all areas. No TV in rooms is a rare blessing. Food is a choice of a few different starters, mains and desserts varying each day, reasonable prices and excellent quality with lots of local fresh fruit available. Drink prices not excessively inflated. Diving is superb! Well maintained gear and they treat your own gear respectfully too if you have it. Air or nitrox available. Huge range of dive sites within 20 minutes boat ride plus day trips available to Apo and Oslob leaving right from the beach. Fabulous underwater photography opportunities for wide-angle and macro. Boat crew and local divemaster are knowledgable and careful with the coral and the divers. Our room was beachfront - cane furniture on patio, hammock under verandah shade plus loungers and parasol on lawn. Could literally stumble out of bed, into wetsuit and onto the boat! Great sunrise and no noisy neighbours. Would definitely go back.

Great service”
Fish Unlimited is one of the few underrated resorts in Dauin. Best thing about this resort is their hopitality and service from its staff. We booked for the Garden Room and upon arrival we were given a free upgrade to their seaside rooms. The rooms are equipt with cable TV, hot shower (directly sourced from the nearby hot spring), and good AC. The resort also has a fairly sized swimming pool. Getting here might be quite a challenge. The staff are ready to help regarding your transportation. We would defenitly come back.

Great resort for diving”
Fish unlimited is a great hotel (not luxurious but rather upscale), all the facilities were really nice and clean, and the staff was extremely attentive to all my needs (particularly my vegan diet). The chef even came up with a special dinner menu, and overall the food was excellent (I can only speak for vegan dishes). Furthermore, the dive school was great. Richard, one of the dive masters, was a great guide, and the entire staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would def recommend staying here!!

Great value for money. The dive shop is fantastic and I enjoyed getting my advance open water certificate here. It’s definitely a dive centered resort, so if you’re not diving then you might be a bit bored. Resort is a solid 20 min drive into town, but Dumaguete City is pretty quiet anyways. Rooms were nice and clean, resort was quiet, food was good and internet connection was quick. I liked that the resort is right on the sea as it created a really nice ambience. I was there for three nights, but I should have stayed for four!

Great place in Dumaguete”
It was a great stay for me in Dumaguete with Fish Unlimited. It was a quaint resort that offers good service. We stayed at the premier deluxe room that has a newly renovated outdoor restroom. What drew me to book the place was actually the beautiful restroom-- hence I did have a high expectation of it. Ended up not using it because of yellow brown water which the resort claims to be natural underground volcanic water. While it may be true, i just hope they have a facility to clean and filter the water so that it doesn't appear dirty. The bathtub itself was inviting, but the water was not. The room was very big for 2 people. I also did not expect to get another room inside our room so that was a big bonus. The hotel wasn't strict with all these rules and regulations - such a welcoming atmosphere...therefore encouraging me to stay a second time with them should I visit Dumaguete soon. They allowed me to bring my friends over for a chill afternoon when we got left behind from our supposed Apo Island tour. Great dinner menu... It was very big portions. Hope you can improve on the serving size of your breakfast menu. :)

The staffs were amazing! Diving and its boat crew were really warm and very service minded. Richard (dive master) was funny and friendly, he rest assured everybody is okay which made me feel comfy diving with him. Helped me find what I wanted to see in Dauin. 5 different frog fish!! 👌🏼☺️ The food in the restaurant is good, at reasonable price. What makes my stay in this resort remarkable are the staffs and the homy atmosphere of the resort. And bec of that, I would go back again. Rommended :)

Good location between Dumaguete and Malatapay (boat to Apo island), 10-15 min tricycle or bus ride only. The resort is a short walk from the mainroad directly at the sea. Beautiful and clean garden with big cottages. We liked the pool a lot. It has the right size. Very good and inexpensive food in the restaurant . The scuba diving was professional and they were very flexible and helpful in arranging different trips. Overall very friendly staff! Great value for money. Would go again and recommend it to friends.

Excellent Resort!”
Hello, this resort is new, they put very much love in every detail. The rooms are spacious and like everything very clean. The English level of the whole staff was very high and they resort is very environment friendly. The garden and pool are maintained daily and are just beautiful. A big thanks goes to the whole crew, me and my boyfriend arrived with a bad flu (hence no diving possible), the whole staff took care of us, by bringing daily ginger tea and clean bed sheets. Also great was the chef, I do have many allergies, they were respected and I got 'my own food' as requested. My food and the usual menu- food my boyfriend ordered was very good! And don't forget to book a massage, it was very well done. There is Wifi but it is not good yet, we were informed that modems will be installed in each room very soon, this would bring this amazing resort to the perfect level :-) Keep up the good work and thank you again! excellent dive staff”
great dive staff and the other staff were lovely too. had a great day at Apo island. I snorkeled while the rest dived. I had a guide, who was one of the guys off our boat - he was great. saw turtles - lots :). water was clean and visibility was pretty good. the resort is clean and the rooms were spacious. we ate all our meals at the resort restaurant, (good basic food) as there was nothing in walking distance. but you could catch a taxi/tricycle to Dumaguette, where there were heaps of bars/restaurants. a shopping mall etc.

This is a good resort to stay at in a nice garden and beach setting. It is 5minutes by tricycle out of Dauin for 150pesos if you want a change of scenery and some hussle and bustle and more nightlife. It is a dive resort also and it is well catered for with good equipment and staff. We had an enjoyable stay and would rate it 8 out of 10

The staff are very friendly. I normally look for a white sand part of a resort but I didnt feel lack of anything. Though the resort was far from the spots I went to, overall it was a pleasant stay with FISH UNLIMITED!!! Excellent!

This was an excellent place to stay. The room and the grounds were immaculately clean. Very accommodating staff. The resort arranged a very reasonably priced scooter rental which served us well. the food in the restaurant was outstanding and the chef deserves the highest of praise. We received excellent service from the friendly staff. The pool was always clean and the grounds were spotless. We highly recommend this resort for divers and non-divers (us). Thank you to all the staff for helping to make our stay so enjoyable.

Relaxing resort”
The dive shop is super organized. Check in and check out was so easy! They allowed us to check in early! Food is good! Super friendly staff. Room is super clean! The bed was very comfortable! They arranged our transfer to and from airport for a minimal cost! Great place to relax!

Beautiful spot with comfortable rooms, but the service was a little dissapointing”
I had trouble contacting the hotel or arrange diving. Called them twice and asked for a call back from the dive shop and didn't receive anything. We had five meals at the resturant and were overcharged for three of them. This was corrected all three times after we checked the bill but seemed to be more than a coincidence.

Good resort and staff...poor management”
Kind and helpful staff... Good diving guide and facilities. Unfortunate that due to management change, resort is catering mostly to Chinese groups these days.
