Beautiful property in a quiet neighbourhood”
We were looking for a quiet place away from the busy part of An Bang, but still within walking distance to eateries and a convenience store. Five Rose Villas ticked all our boxes. Inside, our room was clean and spacious. Sheets and towels were fresh. Beach towels were also provided. Breakfast is a choice between a western-style meal (bacon, sausage, eggs) and local (mi quang, pho). Staff were very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They made us feel like guests instead of simply a customer. It's obvious they love the place and are proud of it. The whole property was clean and very well-maintained. The outdoor garden was beautiful and Instagram-worthy. Outside the property, some construction work was being carried out but the noise was minimal and we weren't affected by it at all. Staying here was such a wonderful experience, and we'd love to go back soon.

One of the Best Villa”
The staffs were very friendly and welcoming, so is the house pet RITA 💙 the room is absolutely clean and well organised. They also have a satellite TV for me to stream YouTube or videos when I’m resting inside. They have a private beach that’s linked to the restaurants and the public beach. It is absolutely convenient and easy accessible. They serve breakfast every morning, ranging from western breakfast to Vietnamese pho. I really enjoy them. The whole experience is very heart warming and comforting. I enjoy the stay very much and would absolutely recommend them to my family and friends. I would also come back again when I visit Hoi An. Amazing, favourite place in Vietnam. ”
I stayed here briefly for one night bu then did end up staying here for another 10 days. The staff are wonderful, the time of Vietnamese new year celebrations is very family orientated, they went well out of their way to bring that family feeling to the guests. Cooking special new year treats and meals for us. The rooms are wonderful, if you can get one with a bath i would advise as its dreamland. The garden for breakfast is the perfect place to chill out any time of the day. A few steps further and you see the beach with its own private area, this is the quietest part of can am beach. For 150K VND a day you can hire a scooter or borrow the free bikes to head to Hoi An which is a very short distance. Thank you ladies for making my holiday happy.

I love my stay”
The hotel is at a quiet place and I love it. Maybe in non-covid time it would be more crowded around with lovely cafe, beer, restaurants along the street. The hotel is right next to the beach. The only minus thing is the road down from restaurant to the beach is too high but without suitable stair way. Facility is good, clean room, lovely flowers outside in the garden. It's 5km to Hoi An old town. Free bicycle available to ride around. The receptionist (Hoa) is extremely helpful and gentle.

Lovely place to stay right on the beach”
Five Rose Villas is a new and beautiful place to stay in a quieter section of the beach in Hoi An. I arrived and went straight out to the beach. They have loungers and towels for you to use. The room is clean, spacious, and quiet. One slightly odd thing about the room is that one wall to the bathroom is glass with no curtain, so if you are sharing the room keep that in mind. Also, the window curtains didn't cover the entire window. The bed is very comfortable and the bathroom was also nice. The place is new and the staff is trying their best to do things right, but the amount of English spoken is very limited. The breakfast is what one would expect from a 5-star resort, it was delicious and I didn't need to eat until dinner. My room did not have a sea view, but all I had to do was open the door and sit out on the balcony with the chairs they had provided. If I am back in Hoi An, I would definitely stay there again. It was better and more affordable than other hotels in the same area.

I loved the Five Rose Villa in Hoi An! The staff was so kind and me and my boyfriend had our two year anniversary during our stay and the hotel gave us a complimentary Vietnamese wine to celebrate :) The breakfast was just delicious with fresh fruits, bread, cake, noodles, rice and pancakes and the beach in the back of the hotel was just flawless with white sand and beautiful blue water.

Loved this place! People so wonderful and the spot right on the beach can’t be beat! A good option to staying in Hoi An with all the craziness of the tourists. Lovely breakfast in the garden and fall to sleep with the sound of the waves. Wonderful option in the area. Was sad to leave.......

We had 5 lovely days here! Everyone was very friendly, we enjoyed the breakfast and especially the private beach with sunloungers and a free smoothie every noon. There were lots of nice restaurants nereby (3 min by bike which were free to hire). 10 min to Hoi An City by taxi.

Gorgeous rooms but the beach side not so clean ”
The rooms look really as the professional pics . show . The breakfast is good you can have different choices and the room and resort are super clean and new . Unfortunately I cannot say the same of the beach around , full of plastics etc ... 1 miles from the resort I even spotted an abandoned TV . That’s a pity because the beach could look much better . There could be some construction noises nearby which starts slight before than 8 am , so be aware of that . I would definitely return back here in this resort .

Loved our stay at Five Rose, the staff including front desk, Li & Hoa, went out of their way to make us feel at home. All staff did a variety of jobs and should be commended on their detail to everything. Lots of things close by and the beach right on the doorstep. My brother and I stayed only one night at Five Roses Villas. We were satisfied with the everything given the good value for money. The facilities (beachfront property), the room (clean and very comfortable beds), and the breakfast was also acceptable. Overall we were satisfied with this property. It served its purpose
