"This property has mind boggling view from the lobby, swimming pool and many of the rooms. Particularly in monsoon the fog covering the entire valley view and entering the lobby and your rooms make you feel you are in heaven. The staff service is extra ordinary. Very polite, very accommodating, always ready to help, going out of the way to make our stay memorable. The food is probably the best we have had at a 5 star hotel which generally otherwise tends to be bland and tasteless for Mumbaikars used to spicy foods. Not very expensive too for a 5 star resort. Overall recommend this property to all for a one time visit. If stay is unaffordable, atleast visit the place for its view from lobby and a meal at its restaurant (Ferntree)."
