Best Hostel: Affordable with a Class”
If you are looking for an affordable accommodation that does not sacrifice facilities and perks, I highly recommend booking yourself with Red Doorz. The staffs are very accommodating. They will advise you on places to see and areas with the best views. The facilities on the ground floor which includes two computers, a TV, a PS4, a mini-library and card games are free to use for all guests. Breakfast is up until 11:00 AM, so if you wake up late, like I do, you need not to worry. Unlike other hostels, they serve not only loaves of bread but also milk and cereal. Their decorations, furniture and designs are elegant and classy which is very appealing to the eyes. The only indifferent comment I could say is that the bed that I had creaks whenever I climb up or move on my bed, and the hostel was a few blocks away from the MRT station, but it was all worth it.

Stay in Spore for 2 days 1 night. This hostel give us the best hospitality with affordable price. Walking distance to tourist spot (Masjid Sultan) , MRT Bugis Sta, and Bus Sta (Park Royal Sta). The room is clean and safety so good for female traveller. The staff let us drop our baggage here even we already check out and rest a while at their hall before going back to Malaysia. Also have complimentary breakfast.

Very happy to stay here, people are friendly and resourceful, lobby is comfy and clean, rooms and beda are ok to sleep and it is cold and clean, blanket is very comfy, bathroom and toilets are well mantained and cleaned regularly, location is superb, easy to find cheap foods and to get bus just at the bus stop outside the hostel and also walking distance to Haji Lane. Definetly reccomending this place to all of you.

The best budget hostel in Singapore. ”
I stayed 3 nights for S$70. The place is clean, staff are friendly and it's in a great location about 5min walk from Bugis MRT. There are lots of places to eat nearby aswell. Oh, and free breakfast of cereal / toast and coffee etc.

Efficient Hostel to Solo Travelers”
The hostel was located near Arab road and Bugis st. Where there are lots options for food, Drinks, Shopping and anything you can think of. The staff were approachable enough, the place was well kept and clean. Breakfast was simple cereal and toast. Had a nice stay here.

It's really expectionally worth for short stay”
It's a fully equipped budget hostel, honestly speaking. 2 electrical socket + 1 bed lamp to allow you do your personal stuff on bed. Despite poor wifi connection in lounge area, you still can get yourself to be engaged with Netflix watching. You can wash and dry clothes for free, except you need to buy or bring own washing powder. Iron is provided if you ever bring formal attire. Lastly, it's a full-fledged breakfast where you can have cereal and toast in wide lounge area, so worry not!

ENJOY STAYING HERE EVERMONTH ”
Almost staying here everymonth for 2years. Last time hostel name Five Stone now Red Doorz hostel. Eventhough change management , the staff really helpfull when i need helped. For example, i request located at lower bed, because my condition (pregnent ) they always cooperation . This hostel also suitable for women. because they provide different levels of room for men and families including toilets . Difftent to other hostels the path to the male toilets is accessible, resulting in limited movement for Muslim women. Everthing is good for me. But there are times when you are 1 room with others who do not respect you privacy , for example making noises until midnight, especially when in groups as if they were making hostels like hotels. Wet the floor and not keep it clean but not every time im check in, there are certain times bad luck 😅. But overall was ok .

I booked 8-bed room for female. Everything is clean, including toilet, but my drap had a stain (they use white drap so I can see it). The hostel provides free breakfast so if you don't know what to eat, can come to the lounge. They also have free washing and iron place, but I didn't use it. The staffs were nice. Guests in my room were really friendly, and we had a talk. The hostel is near the MRT, about 10 minutes walking. I am very satisfied with the money I pay for the place. If you only need a place to sleep after a day traveling outside, this hostel is a good choice.

Sad to leave”
The last day made me sad to leave.I wished I could stay forever. I promised to myself to come back and stay for a whole month. I made new friends this day who shared the room with me. Later we went to buy some beers and we talked a lot. I also met an old friend again he is from UK. It seems we always meet at Five Stone no matter how long it takes.

So glad I found this place in Bugis area. Hotel is just few walks away from Haji Lane and Bugis MRT. We managed to buy some souvenirs near Victoria St for our families and friend and met some staffs from the hostel who are also warm and accommodating.

good receptionist. but some noisy when night because have guest enter the room and night and noise the another room and door. i have wrong to enter women toilet at my level 4 to get shower because male bathroom at level 3.

Five Stones Hostel is located very close to Haji Lane, so it's a great location! Staffs are nice and welcoming (English is good). The Wi-Fi connection is strong. But there are only two shower rooms on female's floor, and the cleanliness of the shower and toilet room could be improved.

I loved the place despite being close to all the main places it was cheap and convenient. we spent 6 happy days there. Very clean rooms nice breakfast helping staff. I can remember their breakfast all kinds of bread jams milk cornflakes Hahaha

Very clean and location is very convenient ! One of the best places to stay in Singapore if u are planning to come here for a few days, cos it's very near to Arab Street and Haji Lane. The charges of the hostel was also very affordable and staff were all very accommodating and very helpful!
