Amazing Hotel in Da Nang - Highly Recommend”
I and my boyfriend stayed 3 nights at Fivitel Hotel, good staffs and perfect room. I booked Superior Room and they arranged a perfect room for us with Dragon Bridge View. My friends and colleagues asked me about this hotel for next their trip due to it is so amazing. Ms.Loan( I do not remember because the name tag on her uniform is small) - Reception Dept was so nice and helpful, she took good care us. I reserved small birthday party in room for my boyfriend, manager of front office (I do not know his name) and receptionist are very helpful. I want to give you a big thanks. We had free airport transfer(1 way), the driver waited my boy friend 1 hour for delay flight. Once again, we want to give to all of you the driver, receptionist, manager and all of staffs a big thanks for your support. I am a person who worked in the hospitality and tourism, I will recommend your hotel to my clients and my colleagues. We love you!

Amazing view especially at night time”
Best view where you can see all the iconic da nang bridges and also can go to the roof top and see the ocean from there. Facilities are great, nice gym, amazing pool and a free drink per room! Room was really clean and has a rustic feel to it. The night view from our room was something to behold. Also the front office manager, Mr.Kim was very courteous and has great English and gave us some tips on sightseeing around da nang. The bathrooms, rain shower head was a bit faulty in our room, but was not big issue. Very pleasant stay and would go back again for sure.

I was very impressed of their service. i think that they love their job to make visitors comfortable. They treated nicely all days long even until we leave. I've been satisfied with my lodging apparently. Although breakfast which is not completely tasty that much and only four sun beds at the pool are may uncomfortable, i'm going to stay here when I visit Danang again. Thank you, Fivitel :)

Friendly staffs, prompt early check-in. We had gorgeous river view with a cute window couch for morning coffee treats. Love the room design with touch of boutique details ! Pillows are very comfy for restless sleeper myself. Excellent paranormal city view on rooftop where you can enjoy dragon bridge fire show on weekends. Cons: Found a bit of stain on pillow cases (they said they couldn’t wash it off) but friendly housekeeping changed to new ones as soon as I requested. I would suggest Fivitel go through stained bed linings and bleach them well or just replace new ones. Overall, very pleasant stay and would come back next time. Keep it up !

I stayed at fivitel for 3 nights. It is so amazing. I tried massage service here. It is extremely fantastic. I chose Fivitel Signature Massage. It is the wonderful combination between hot stone and cold stone. It also includes facial massage. I tried massage in da nang at many other spas but Fivitel spa gave me a very amazing feeling. You should try Fivitel Signature package! Between I would like to say thank you to beloved spa receptionists - TUAN and TRACY! you are very nice! I am very glad to meet you! see you someday ! you should stay at fivitel for your holiday!

Our bellman was very nice and helpful with his local eat advices. Room is good sized and has amazing view of the bridges from the floor to ceiling window and balcony. Pool only has 4 sun beds but is clean and has good view of the river.

We were late for breakfast , a young man from restaurant cooked 2 bowl of noodles for us which makes us feel very touched. The manager Sophia has shown professionalism in her role as we feedback some point, she took immediate action. The staff very efficient n sweet. Nice view from my room direct dragon view. Just a street away can got local street food if you wish to try. Transport calling grab also convenience. I highly recommend this hotel.

Currently in a quiet corner of town, but lots of development all around. Everything you need is a short walk away. I walked to the beach a couple of time - cheap 5 minute ride in a taxi. Staff at the hotel were very polite, friendly and helpful. My wife and I and 20 yr old grand daughter shared a room with balcony on 20th floor. Plenty of room and all fixtures and amenities were modern, well maintained and clean. Plenty of television channels to choose from including Australian (us). The daily breakfast was excellent. We had a couple of meals in the restaurant on the 25th floor adjacent to pool area. Food was excellent, beers were cold and the view incredible. Highly recommended. I would stay here again.

Room with Spectacular view”
Just finished our 8 days center Vietnam trip and this is the best hotel we have stayed. Spectacular view from the room and from the infinity pool! Room is clean, new and reasonable size with nice deco. Very well located away from the city centre. Grab is so convenience and cheap so going around is not an issue at all. Friendly staffs especially Sophia from the front office took time to talk to us. Breakfast have many variety though not the best but good enough to fill you up. Airport to the hotel is only about 70k but they have free airport pick up. Will definitely stay there again

This is a great hotel, at first i was a bit hesitant when I arrived because it was a little out of the way but catching a GRAB is very quick and just a 1-2 minute wait and only costs a few dollars to get anywhere. The Guest Relation Staff were fantastic! as with the Reception Staff. This is a 5 STAR Hotel at 4 STAR Prices! I can recommend to anyone!

Location is ideal between beach and city centre, views from room and rooftop are unobstructed and 360°. Staff bends over backwards for you. The front desk clerk personally ironed 3 shirts for me after it was discovered that housekeeping had gone home for the night!! I would highly recommend.
