Great place, great location, good service”
I spend one night 2 days in the resort with 2 other families. We have very good time. The Forest villas we stayed is very near the lake and near the swimming pool. The rooms are clean and well equipped. There are many places for the whole family to entertain. Golf for daddy, spa and beautiful sightseeing for mommy, big play ground in the forest and swimming pool, bicycles for kids. Everyone is happy. The location is near Hanoi. It is easy for us to drive there for a rest during weekend The service is good, but due to huge number of customers some time you have to wait a little bit to be served.

Food is a bit cold at the 10th Floor restaurant inside the Forest in the Sky building. I do really hope food would be a bit more enjoyable next time. Other than that, great experience.

Everything was perfect except for some of the staff who were less able to communicate in English to a certain level. The quality and the variety of food need improving. We personally found mosquitos and hairs in our food. However, we will still choose your resort but hopefully with a better quality of food next time.

Cons: apartment without dishes and must to pay 500.000vnd (25$) for rent 6 dishes for 6 hours. its really a unacceptable payment price. Bed mattress is too soft and a little bit uncomfortable. It still has noise from the construction in the building "forest in the sky", so it is also not pleasure for us because we have a little one and the noise made him couldnt sleep well. There is no hot/warm swimming pool, its too cold for us to swim in the outside pool Pros: everything else is perfect. Breakfast is super!

Flamingo land is a massive project and thoroughly insane - in a good way. There's art, computer games, jin jil bang, swimming pools, and sooooo much more. If you like places that are quite ridiculous, then you'll love Flamingo Land - it's name is also ridiculous.

It was a nice place to visit, the place was very clean, the food was good. Overall, worth the money.”
We came as a family and this resort is perfect if you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy the facility. However, the staffs could have been better; the drivers were not engaged when we asked them to take us around for a visit and the waiters at the Poem restaurant were a little too passive. We booked a villa to stay and it came with a kitchen, however, there were no cutleries, utensils or dishes available. The resort also didn’t offer to sell us meat if we wanted a barbecue so we were a little disappointed but it was our fault to not have done the research. The room also came with a jacuzzi and a sauna, however the hotel said they disallowed the clients to use them. The breakfast restaurant, Poem, we were expecting the food to be better in terms of both quality and quantity. The Bamboo restaurant, on the other hand, was worth its price. The design is beautiful, the decoration is very cozy and the food is delicious, the staffs there were very helpful as well.

If you work in a hospitality industry, you should show your hospitality. all the staff in this restaurant never smiles never greets. Luckily the front office staff are well trained and very accommodating. Salute to the FOM, I think you can train the restaurant side how to welcome and assist guests.
