Hotel in good location with noce view of the sea from balcony. It should have provided tour desk for guest for better service. Room service is a bit fuzz since staff didn't understand much of English.

Good facility but the hotel should upgrade their soundproofing door because we couldn’t sleep due to the traffic noise

Love location n facilities. Staffs are excellent n very helpful. Worth the money !!! The only thing that I love the hotel change is the breakfast menu, they should change the menu every 3 days or so because we stayed there 11 nights but only 2 dishes are change and the rest are the same so it's quite boring n we over it. Beside this note, everything is excellent.

Hotel is directly in the city centre, right beside the beach. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is decent with a variety of options, even for a low-demand day. Will come back if I have chance to return to Quy Nhon.

This hotel is stunning. The location perfect, room generous in size. The staff were fantastic and made us feel special and valued. On an unexpected note Quy Nhon is a hidden gem that is off the beaten path. Well worth a visit.

Nice but could be better ”
Good location , nice modern hotel but having no hot water for shower or bath & told its because it’s been raining today is very poor , yes I understand it may have solar water heating but then once they resolved it the water in the bath was a rusty brown colour & not appealing to bathe in . Housekeeping also not up to standard , didn’t replenish bathroom supplies or replace dirty pillowcase either . Would help if reception could understand English a little better as I was asked to boil the kettle if I wanted hot water in my room ! Nice rooms but could be a lot better in service overall

Very comfortable stay”
Very good location, close to beach, a good stroll to the city centre but not too far. Nice new hotel with a few teething problems. We had a lovely big balcony but unfortunately there wasn’t any furniture to sit on and relax with the beautiful view. The water pressure in the shower is fantastic but the drain is unable to cope with the amount of water and the bathroom floods. Breakfast is very good with an excellent variety of choice but if you go late some foods/drinks aren’t replenished. Especially the coffee and juices which surely aren’t too expensive to accept some wastage. The breakfast staff were wonderful. All polite and helpful, especially Diệu. The front office staff were a little less personable which could be due to the language barrier. All said and done, I would stay here again if ever in Quy Nhon.

The good and the bad ”
The good 1. Location:Near by the city, restaurants and coffee shops in a walking distance. 2. 50 meters from the beach. 3. Very nice hotel with a great sea view. 4. One year old. Bad 1. Service is getting 70% 2. Breakfast is the poorest I have seen in 4-5 stars hotels in Vietnam. The refeel of food and drink is very slow. 3. When I stayed at the hotel, only 1 elevator out of 4 was running. (the hotel was in low vacancy. Regardless, there were guests and in some cases there was a need for a few minutes wait. While the elevator arrived and mostly in the morning, it was crowded). 4. Other minor issues: upon arrival, the room phone did not work, no toilet paper. On the second day there was again failure with the toilet paper. Consider that it's a 5 stars hotel, I was expecting much more (based on over 8 years of traveling in Vietnam). Do consider the good and bad. Overall score is around 70%

- There's few selection in morning buffet. Everyday they serve about 8-10 fundamental dished only and with combo of 3 different dishes that you need to register with waiter. The portion is kind of small and it took long time to prepare but the taste is delicious and fresh. - The food menu that you can call to the room is small, there's few dishes, about 10. Not much fancy dish, basic one. - The AC will take time to get to the temperature that you want (about 30 minutes from 30 celsius to 22 celsius - You wont have bath tub for deluxe room, only available for premier tier - No ATM nearby - Hotel position is close to some famous local restaurants.
