I booked for 2 nights. The room was cleaned and very comfortable. One thing I dont really like is the blanket (it’s like have plastic inside, a little annoying when you move). The fleurlis house is also very recommended for wedding celebration.

The location of hotel is good, and the condition of the room is as expected (a bit old but livable). The female staff at reception is very unfriendly and reluctant to introduce anything to us at check-in. Maybe it’s just how the hotel trains them. Anyhow, I doubt the hotel would care what customers think.

convenient location near Big City mall”
Very friendly staffs. Free shuttle every morning to my work place in SciencePark. Although it appears to be a high rise hotel with many floors, the reality is hotel rooms start on the 6th floor. It has one of the largest facility for banquet and corp events with multi-floors to host them. Also one of the most popular buffet available in Hsinchu. Expensive considering the local standard of living lower than in the US. Buffet has half price promotion between 2:30-4:30pm and in the weekends, you can see a long line of people waiting to get in around after 2pm. Mostly locals. Room floors require room key to access the elevator which is nice. Bathroom toilet uses the highest end Toto Neorist motion sensing fully automatic toilet and washlet which is really nice.

Great place to rest, good location”
Shops, restaurants, cafes and big city (sogo) are all located nearby. the hotel staffs are friendly whenever you need room services. Oly thing to improve is to place ppl to the main door to welcome customers, maybe offer help to carry luggage and open door? I was with big luggage but nobody try to help open door, things dropped and messy till i moved to reception.

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location of the hotel is excellent - just a short walk to Big City. Toiletries provided were from Clarins. Would recommend.

Very good new business hotel”
Overall a very good experience, this is a new hotel so they are just in a trial run. One little bad thing is they do not offer buffet breakfast during my stay because there is not enough guest during weekdays.

This hotel has a good location just next to the big shopping mall. The room is big with big Bath tub. However the lift has a bad smell. Is considered expensive price for hotel without breakfast. Staff was friendly.
