Great Hotel overall”
Great Hotel, excellent location, friendly staff. Though the type of soaps used in the room is very cheap quality, you have to apply generously to get any sort of foam going to actually clean. I would expect better from a four star hotel. I tried out the breakfast, it's cheap, for 50 Dirhams. But you can add a bit More and get a dramatically better breakfast elsewhere, wouldn't really recommend it unless you are In a time crunch. Check in process was quick, check out process could have been faster, but decent nonetheless. Location is absolutely excellent, one of the closest hotels to the Mall of the Emirates (short 4 minute walk)

Very clean friendly staff good location”
Outstanding staff: the cleaner Jaffa and receptionist Lashmi. Very attentive and always greet me with their greatest smile. Jaffa is always hardworking cleaning every room on my floor working from the time I left hotel in the morning till the time I return to hotel till night time. I hope the hotel treat him well. Lashmi was very obliging and professional when I asked to print my PCR test result around midnight and very polite too. Checking in and out was hassle free and quick. Rooftop Swimming pool and jacuzzi are perfect temperature heated and nice. The only complain is the one window of direction is facing towards Burj Khalifa but not towards sunset. Otherwise it would be amazing to see beautiful sunset from there. Breakfast was good lots of hot food and plentiful. Staff there are always attentive and polite. Highly recommended who enjoy shopping just next to Mall of Emirates and metro station and bus stop is perfect. Look forward to my next stay

We have stayed at Flora Airport earlier and we got an upgrade from Premium room to Executive Suite. Recently I booked Flor Barsha for a night and they gave an upgrade to a Premium room., The room was super cozy, neat. Flora Barsha's location is really convenient.

A great point to see Dubai and not be committed to staying in your room. It isn't fancy, but nice. Most attractions are 10-15 away and right across the street from skiing in the mall.

A really nice stay. If you just need a base that's clean and friendly with a reasonably good (small) pool and spa, this is for you. Especially clean and well presented rest rooms (toilets)
