I’ve been in this hotel for 2nights and were all good. Especially, I wanna give so much compliments to the whole staffs(only person I can remember is dyuen) there. They’re always helpful to me.(dont know the name of female staff who always cared me) Will choose this hotel again when I’m in Danang again. Xin cam on!

The hotel is a old building with new renovations. The facilities are old and not equipped well but it's very clean. The water was blocking in the bathtub when I was showering. The door lock of the balcony was not working well. However, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They fixed the door lock immediately after I called the front desk. Overall, I think it's a good stay for budgeted visitors.

Do not eat the snack on your room. So inhospitable”
I ate Oreo in my room and it went too bad(it smelled naphthalene to such an extent as to disgusting) so I couldn't eat anymore. But the staff insisted that I had to pay for it because the expired date was not passing. I felt so unpleasant. And I refused to clean my room several times, but when I took a rest in my room, cleaning staffs bothered me in opening my room continuosly, without my permission. 미케비치까지 도보 20분. 싸게 호텔에서 자려고 했음 괜찮습니다. 그러나 직원들 대체로 불친절하며 방에서 휴식중인데 무단으로 문을 벌컥벌컥 열지를 않나 심지어 방 안에 있는 오레오 하나 먹었는데 나프탈렌 냄새가 너무 역하게 나서 하나 먹고 뱉고서는 내려갔더니 냄새 안난다고 돈 내라 해서 결국 내고 왔습니다. 가지마세요

However, after having checked camera, we have realised that some of our staff had tested the oreo and they didn't feel anything strange and additionally other guests still used oreo and there were no problem because we set up same kind of oreo in every room. Then our staff tried to persuade you that the oreo was ok and you agreed to pay. Anyway, we understand that you had an unpleasant stay in our hotel and had to suffer from unhappy things and it was totally our faults. Sorry again and hope to serve you next time! Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Location is along the main road leading to the beach. Had a nice friendly greeting from hotel staff and checked in to a really nice room. Room was pretty large with balcony, had air-con and ceiling fan too. Room is clean and tidy with clean towels and sheets. Breakfast has variety and was pretty nice. The only issue is there are many ktv across the road and was really noisy at past midnite till nearly morning. The noise was so deafening from people singing loudly and screaming into microphones. Was probably only able to sleep soundly 2 out of 5 nights. Andy

Wonderful lovely clean rooms, nice bathroom, clean, super friendly staff. Even made us a take-away breakfast cause we had to go early to the airport. Close to the beach, nice pool! Loved it!

Buffet style breakfast was very nice. Also free bicycle was very new. Easy access to the beach & market by it. It's 5min. Walking to the shopping mall which has an ice skate link. I thought, because of the name, I could get a spa service in a hotel,but they were not ready yet. And lively until late Karaoke is nearby.

Mình có 2 hôm ở đây và mình rất hài lòng. Thấy khách sạn rất xinh, mới, mầu xanh mát. Địa chỉ khá gần cầu nên cũng dễ di chuyển đi biển, vincom, vào trung tâm. Bữa sáng rất ngon, nhân viên check in và nhân viên khác rất hỗ trợ và thân thiện. Bể bơi rộng có 2 phao bơi rất xinh. Tuy nhiên mình có chút k hài lòng về đồ giặt là. Hôm đó mình đi sớm nên có hỏi có kịp giặt là vào sáng sớm ko. Nv bảo được lúc 7h nhưng khi mình lấy lúc 8h 2 áo của bạn mình còn ẩm nguyên k giặt khô mà k có lời xin lỗi hay giải thích nào. Nhưng dù sao mình rất hài lòng và có thời gian tuyệt vời ở đây.

there were some stains in the room and very noisy at night. cant sleep well. the room wasnt clean. staffs were kind but one man attened to want tips. not that expensive to stay 1 night.

18:00時のレイトチェックアウトは半額と聞いていたのに100%と言われたのでagodaから追加で1泊取った。 朝食はam8:30に行くとほとんど何も無い、ひどいものだった。ここまで何も無いと呆れてしまった。 翌日7:00に行ってみると中国人団体客が先を争う様にビュッフェから取って行っていた。 個人手配の客より団体中国人を主に経営しているホテル。 従業員も最低の人数で回していて常にフロントは一人。 男性と女性で交代でやっていた。 ポーターの男性は何でもやらされていて、部屋の電気系のトラブルやレンタルバイクの管理までしてくれた。 とても良い人柄でした。 ホテルの目の前の屋台街は見事なまでのぼったくり。 入らない方が良い。 ホテルから徒歩5分の所にビンコムモールがあるのでそこで水やお弁当を買える。 アメニティはシャンプーとボディソープ・歯ブラシ・ドライヤーがあった。 スリッパは使い回しのビーチサンダルなので自作した方が良い。 バスローブはあると記載しているが無い。 このホテルの男性フロントのキレる性格は異常です。 あまり英語力が無い様で、伝わらないとイライラした態度をすぐに出す。 滞在中、何かある旅にキレられた。 この男性フロントと関わるとストレスになるので、ポットの故障やバスタオルが置いて無いなどは、女性フロントのいる時間に伝えた。

良かった事、ブルーを基調にしたお洒落な雰囲気。ポーターの男性がとても良い人で親切にしてくれた。 悪かった事、フロントの男性の態度が酷い。Wi-Fiパスワードを聞いたら口頭でパスワードを伝えられた、聞き取れず聞き返すと呆れた顔をして怒り気味になった。そこまで怒る事なの？だったら紙に書いてくれたら良いのにと思う。 レイトチェックアウトを18:00までなら幾らか？とagodaを通したやりとりメールで18:00にチェックアウトなら50%と返事をもらっていた。現地でその事を伝えると100%だ！とまたキレ始めた。そのやりとりのメールを証拠に見せても怒り100%だ！を繰り返された。仕方なく1泊取りました。 アフタヌーンティー付きプランで予約して楽しみにしていたのに、フロントに聞くとそんなのやっていないとの事。 バスローブもウェルカムドリンクも全て無かった。 agodaの何を信じて予約すれば良いのか？ あと、マナーの悪い中国人団体客が沢山きていて酷い、プールの水中でタバコを吸っていた。
