We rented a one bedroom unit. We have two kids ages 5 and 3. The kids slept on the pull-out bed and we slept in the bedroom. We set up the kids' potty seat in the extra half bath. We had plenty of space. We tried to eat most meals on the patio to take advantage of the weather, and it's no big deal if the kids drop a couple crumbs. The floors were completely tiled which I appreciate as it mitigates risks of some undesirable insects. The kitchen had new appliances in good working order, with one exception that the dishwasher rack was getting rusty. Our kids really enjoyed the pool. The other guests were very friendly to them. Other guests during March were retired couples, families like us, and spring breakers. Even the spring breakers staying here were friendly and we had no issues with them. Some even engaged politely with our kids. The timeshare salespeople will make sure you know that they would happily receive your money if you have too much of it. We got upgraded to an ocean view our first night, then had to move to another unit. We thought that was great. The only problem is that front desk staff seemed very confused in handling this. They had to go back and talk to someone else every time I asked a question. Rather than play telephone game, I just left my number and told them to give me a call when they figured out exactly what they wanted me to do and when. I found this odd because at most hotels I've visited the front desk person is in total command of who is in what room and coordinates this effectively. This place also has a great location. It's just two short blocks (effectively one real block) from the beach. The pool was a little crowded, probably due to the sun deck being closed, so that is a limitation of the facility during our visit. We also used laundry machines and they worked fine. Great location. The beds were very uncomfortable, but it was pretty clean and a lot of space. Wish they would upgrade the beds. One bed is very squeaky and springy.

3/25/2022 - 2Bedroom Suite Had an awesome time at the resort. The staff and management are amazing in their efforts to assist and help. My room was very clean and the kitchen was great. Hot Tub area was closed. . . Location was Fabulous CON The older lady at the front when checking out accusing me of trying to cheat her out of my $100 deposit until I bought my receipt. . . . It felt awful to be stereotyped by someone who’s skin is a brown as my own….

We traveled with our 3 month old & everything was perfect. They brought a crib to our room for her to sleep in. Our room was huge & very clean. The location is perfect, 3 min walk to beach & very close to many great restaurants. We didn’t need to rent a car because everything we needed was walking distance. Would definitely stay here again!

nice one bedroom 1 ,5 bathroom with full kitchen and all you need to prepare food , big refrigerator., very clean.The elevator is slow and sometimes only one works, we often used stairs, otherwise we liked it. Very nice stuff!

Fully booked with only one elevator working. Got really when only good elevator stopped working too. We had to use service elevator . One was finally fixed. Second one never did work. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay there. Older condo but in pretty good shape.

Poor service, old decor, the only thing that makes this passable is that it’s so close to the beach (walking distance), upon checking in discovered sheets had stains on them (management (Louis) on duty advised they could not be changed until next day, no access to laundry, offered a blanket. Asked for an additional wash cloth (1) and was refused at length (Louis) - finally one was acquired by management from a recently check-out of room, in addition to the clean sheets). Not a good experience at all. Would not recommend!

Hotel não está mais como antes ”
O hotel está com problemas , piscina aquecida inutilizada , limpeza do apartamento quando chegamos , deixou a desejar . Roupas de cama ruins , cama auxiliar com roupas rasgadas e sujas . Fiquei em 2018 amamos ! Tem o custo benefício de ser próximo à praia , vista linda . Mais não pretendo voltar .
