Convenient location but bare minimum amenities”

The hotel is in a convenient location, but the facilities are quite old. I connected to the wifi just fine using the information included, but there was no internet service. I ended up just using hotspot from my phone. The bathroom also look quite dated. Everything is in working condition, but can definitely use a renovation. Overall, the price is cheap, but you would likely be better served going to a business hotel.

シンナー臭いですね。2023年1月”

これはあくまで2023年1月の話で、ホテル側も改装中であると宿泊者に伝えている状態の評価です。ビジネスホテルとしては満足できる価格とお部屋でした。ただし、8階のレストランの改装中とかで、11階に泊まっていても吹き抜けがある関係でかなりシンナー臭かったです。一泊しかしませんでしたし、朝早くに出たので日中の工事の騒音がどれだけかはわかりませんが、騒音はかなりうるさいことは予想できました。 でも、スタッフの人達はとても親切でしたよ。改装後のホテル滞在を期待します。

地點非常好，很方便，離新竹火車站和城隍廟走路約8分鐘，且旅館對面就有Ubike可租借，離東門市場也很近。 但旅館一走進去就有種悶悶的霉味，壁隱式冷氣的出風口非常髒看起來有陳年灰塵，一打開就會嚴重過敏很不舒服（最後不敢開冷氣，戴口罩睡覺）。 但浴室打掃的看起來還滿乾淨的。 看得出有整新過的老旅館，只住一晚還勉強能接受。

住宿早餐有附，但筷子及咖啡杯也沒補（還要等服務人員有空），廚餘及垃圾桶滿的很噁心，自助式收，有的旅客也沒收、桌上也沒舖桌紙，衛生不足。 房間燈光不太亮，停車有點麻煩，要等財務大樓有位子，不敢開車出去啊，還好離巨城跟城隍廟都還算近。

開放到10:30的早餐9點多就幾乎沒吃的了 有其他旅客詢問廚房表示還有等30分鐘 想喝粥但沒有碗，後來補了五六個員工表示當天只有她一位負責洗碗 不明白連假期間只安排一名員工洗碗卻無法事先備齊餐具的安排 也不明白怎麼會有員工將內部資訊告知旅客 整體而言在早餐部分可說是荒謬至極
