Rooms were dark and cave like, unless you want everyone to look inside your room. The lady at the front desk was definitely not the nicest person. I asked for a 12 pm checkout instead of 11 & was told very rudely over the phone it's not possible. I assumed it was because the hotel was booked, but I wouldn't know because she didn't really state why. The second time I booked this hotel (figured I'd give it a second shot), the lady at the front desk sounded like I woke her up over the phone. Overall, it's ok nothing spectacular and don't expect the best service either.

I needed a small hotel for a couple of nights just before my cruise, close to the beach, central and for fair money, so- I was very lucky to find it. Fortuna - the luck for you, located so central, a minute away from the Central beach, very clean, great mattresses and bedsheets, coffee, an iron, a hairdryer, all you need such small details like a cosmetic remover, with very helpful and friendly staff, The location is really great! It‘s safe, nice, with 2 pools. To make a long story short- the next time I will come to Fort Lauderdale- U will stay here again.😊

La ubicación es muy buena, la habitación algo pequeña pero sobretodo antigua y la cama era grande pero muy usada ya, de hecho tenía una pata mal y el colchón ya muy viejo, el baño diminuto y cortina en lugar de mampara de cristal, necesita algo de remodelación. Si parking y wiffi, pero le faltaría lavandería con secadora👌, pero en general si está bien
