Fountain Court have a number of properties in the centre of Edinburgh. Royal Garden is in a good location, easy to find and yet away from the crowds and is good value in terms of the space you get. It's like having your own apartment in Edinburgh. No on site parking at the Royal but discounted covered parking is available a short walk away at the Omni Centre. It's card access to the building, like a hotel room and the same card is used to access the apartment. There are internal doors that require card access too. Free WiFi, front desk in the lobby and daily housekeeping but the apartments do not offer the full services of a hotel. Great option for a few days or longer in Edinburgh. Great option for solo travellers or couples. Two bedroom apartments available.

Perfect location for business and pleasure”

I had a 24 hour visit to Edinburgh for some meetings, the apartments where ideal for my needs, after arriving from London I was able to visit all the main shopping area's which are a 3 minute work from the Hotel and then some sight seeing after booking in which was really quick. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, my room was on the ground floor and had everything I needed to cook myself an evening meal and breakfast in the morning, the rooms were nicely furnished and very clean. My only comment would be I had to walk down a number of flights of stairs for my room 105. This was fine for me as I only had a small overnight bag, however any one with large suitcases or older guests may find this room difficult to access. The hotel does have a number of floors with a lift so I am sure other rooms would be easier to access. I had a never nice stay and would visit again.

The apartment is very clean. We stay on the penthouse, it is very clean. Comfortable and nice place. Good location near the tram and the attractions place. Value of money. The staff are very nice. Our family will come back and stay here absolutely.

Good location”

The location was fantastic and service was generally good. However, the shower head could not stay on handle and had to be handheld, even after maintenance. And the second toilet had only a bath tub with no shower. The floor boards creaked terribly and that was most annoying being woken up by people walking about. Other fountain court properties had a washer and dryer but not this one.

Little Gem in Edinburgh”

My husband and I had a great stay at the Royal Garden Apartments. We've stayed at a lot of hotels in Edinburgh over the years, and the Royal Garden is one of the very best. Fantastic little apartments - a real home away from home. Very cosy. Great furnishings. Quite swanky. Appears to be newly renovated/updated. The reception staff couldn't be more friendly or helpful. And great value! They are highly rated on Trip advisor, and now I know why!. I would wholeheartedly recomend them. Great location in the New Town, close to Waverley station and just off the Royal mile.

ERREUR DE FACTURATION”

Pour ma première réservation avec AGODA, j’ai pu apprécier les déboires que l’on a avec un service clientèle injoignable. Ayant à déplorer une erreur de facturation à l’issu de mon voyage, j’ai tenté de joindre Agoda, par mail ou téléphone, sans succès. Je déconseille fortement ce site de réservation qui se permets de prélever un montant différent de la réservation sans explication et sans suite possible. INADMISSIBLE !!!

四大四小入住二房一廳，所有女前台員服務態度都非常好，所以第二天續多一天，由於沒有兩房一廳，改成兩間一房一廳，但第二天前台服務員是一名較年長的男前台員，本人因為要和小孩分床睡及太冷，所以要求在每間房間內加一張棉被，竟然又說要收費，又說是住宅式旅館沒有這項服務，又說可以調高熱板⋯一堆拒絕的藉口！跟他理論到最後，給了一張單人棉被，而且兩間一房一廳又比安排在最低那層2樓及最高那層6樓（強調我們沒有很夜才辦理入住手續的），一個大家庭被如此安排，簡直是大整蠱及行政失當！就是因為那個前台員，使我們這次住宿體驗由十分滿意變得十分不滿意！

Очень удобное расположение, чуть в дали от главных туристических маршрутов, рядом супермаркет, в пентхаусе есть 2 ванные команды для каждой пары, отличные кровать и постельное белье.
