Need to change old towels and bed sheets and pillow case. Spray the area for Small ants and found 1 cockroach inside the bathroom. Overall, I'm satisfied with my stay. Highly recommended!

A bit far from city center, but good hotel”
Good restaurant for breakfast (although breakfast is basic). Got a spacious room with balcony (although without window) for only PhP 1,800 a night. Nice staff.

Has a small pool and nice garden”
The staff here were super friendly and this was 10 times better than our previous hotel, the Alindahaw, which was more expensive and did not even have wifi! The only small complaint I have about the place is that the food was mediocre. However, we were able to get what we wanted to eat and drink without leaving the hotel, which is rare. This is probably the best hotel within Pagadian City and my hat is off to the staff and management for helping solve some problems during my stay. I'd recommend this to everyone, especially with kids, who will enjoy the pool. Their garden is very relaxing and they have nice function rooms too. The room with veranda was very reasonably priced.

I was so disappointed only when I check out from the hotel and the staff on duty at the reception was busy with her cellular phone and did not say anything to me while I was waiting. I waited for few minutes and decided to handover to her the key of my room. Then told her that I am checking out and also asked her if I have something or anything to sign. She just say that Its settled already because I booked it online. She did not check the billing. For the information of everyone upon checking-in you are required to deposit P1,000 in case you lost the key or damage something inside the room. On my end we were on a hurry at that time because some provinces in Mindanao had issued a community quarantine due to Covid-19 and I after 2 hours of driving only I realized that they did not return to me the P1000 (deposit). I called the hotel and it was a roller coaster and just to cut the story short (too long aready) I told them to send it via currier/money transfer and the fee was on me.

Pool under construction.”
During our stay, pool was not available because it's under construction so our overnight stay was all useless because our purpose is to go swimming yet was not available. Room has spider and cockroach, some lights are out too, 1 room's airconditioner is defective it's too warm the entire stay, no parking lot inside the property so our car was parked outside the side walk, water heater is also not functioning and flow of water from the shower is very slow.

No pool despite showing pics about it. No bidet. Not working hot and cold shower. Not properly cleaned room. No parking lot, you park outside the highway and sleep while worried the car you left might get hit.

nice property but need to maintain and improve the property. room looks old, cleanliness of the room is not up to standard like, room is duty, tiles is bathroom is dirty, wc is dirty, wash basin is dirty. need to fix many things like ac is very noisy, wc has no seat, fittings are dirty and rusty. no basic amenities available like soap, shampoo. hand shower broken. there is no charging point on bedside. room dosent look like not properly cleaned for so long. the staff are nice and accommodating.

Toilet is having a bad smell. It exudes during the night and disturbs the sleep. Chairs have bedbugs.
