Very nice apartment ”
We stayed in a 2 bedroom at Pearl in the City. On arriving at the apartment, I was pleasantly surprised at how clean, spacious and nicely decorated it was. For a 2 bedroom, dining table only had 3 chairs. Cleaner comes when requested. Just be aware that there is no reception and that you are dealing directly with an agent who may not be at the site if it's a late check-in, therefore make sure you have a contact number or request this from security upon arrival. Also all issues, requests etc are dealt with by the agent. Checkout was at midday however for some unknown reason, the agent was in a hurry to check us out. We left the apartment at 11.15! He helped load our luggage into our car. This was done so badly, when opening the boot, the luggage fell out creating a dent and scratches on one of them. Great location. All areas easily accessible from the apartment. We were also allocated parking with no additional charge. Overall, we had a good stay and will use again.

Great place. But they need to make internet ubiquitous. It is only available in the room. Also the front desk reception process is quite confusing. Guests like a single point of reception, however the model requires one to wait for the host. Some times this delays. Great place all round though

Lack of professionalism and hospitality”
Although the room was clean and furnished, the place is way overpriced for what it is. Plus, you suffer from the lack of professionalism across the board.

Cheaters, don’t book”
They use this room to attract customers, but they move you to another place by claiming the rooms are full, then you will realize that the new place is much worse than showing on Agoda. Don’t book this hotel, it’s run by a group of cheaters.

Appalling customer service ”
We booked a 1 bedroom apartment at Accra Luxury Apartments (ALA) for 4 nights. We arrived at the address shown only to be told there is no receptionist for (ALA) who sub-let apartments from the building owners. We then had to call a representative to come and meet us to show us to our room. After calling for 15 mins we finally got through and the rep got to us after about an hour after we had arrived. He did not apologise for being late. He then proceeded to search through his bag of keys and eventually told us that he did not have a 1 bed apt in that building and that we had to go to a different building. He drove me while my business partner followed with our Ghanaian partner. We got to the next building ( next to Capitol) and the rep then started looking through his keys again. He said he did not have a 1 bed apt available and would have to put us into a 2 bed apt. This was now well after midnight. We said we would take the 2 bed apt on the proviso that we ( tbc)

Shockingly poor treatment. First No running water , Then No electricity as the bill had not been paid and forced to change venue at 3am.. No wifi at any of the places

I had a great experience with the Accra Luxury Apartments team, who provided excellent service and quick solutions for my every need. My apartment was modern, clean, fully equipped with reliable WIFI. An excellent home away from home to both relax and work in a quiet garden haven. I'd definitely book here again on my next trip to Accra!
