Nice location!”

If you looking for a convenient location Act hotel is good, close to convenience stores restaurants just one block behind to Roppongi Hills, accessible to go to Omotesando, Shibuya, Azabujuban .., good but with little space and the shower is also very good but micro, and in the morning there is a lot of noise from the staff but offers free coffee and you can also have free ice cream,

room is small but near to subway station”

the room is simple but with all i need. the hotel is easy to locate and near to convenient store and the subway station

Super compact”

When you open the door to walk in you have to stop because the bed is right there. the bathroom shower requires you to hold your arms down just to turn. The room was so small you could only sit on one side of the bed, the other 3 sides were tight to the walls. They have 2 english TV channels only. The one nice perk was the free ice cream machine in the lobby. Staff was very friendly and spoke English very well.

Excellent location, very clean”

Clean and cosy home feel. Will return to this hotel as a solo traveller. Small rooms are a norm so not much fuss. Hotel amenities are replaced daily even when I didn't ask for room service.

Terrible place to stay if you party in roppongi”

This hotel doesn’t understand that they are in the party district. If you pay for a single room that can fit 2 people, go out to party in roppongi at night, meet someone that comes back to hotel with you the hotel staff won’t let the two of you in. Neither my guest or myself have experienced such rudeness in years living in japan. Safe to say my guest was beyond embarrassed and ended the evening prematurely. I would never stay here unless you are above the age of 50. Plus the hallways and rooms smell like sewage.

Convenient location for business travellers”

Room slightly small, but facilities are complete with self service laundry, free VOD which impressed me.

Price”

I am lucky to book it earlier but when I check with the staff about my room pricing, they told me the room I am staying the price of one night is more than the price of my 3 nights.

Great hotel but militant staff”

Enjoyed the hotel but 1st floor layout is weird and unsettling. recommend booking higher floor as my room was gloomy and the corridor is weird. unlike other places I've stayed, having a girl stay over a few nights will incur the staff chasing and calling you out on not being a solo traveller and force you to pay a surcharge. they are also militant about prompt checkout and will force you to pay extra for sure. didn't enjoy the service experience here but hotel was nice overall.

Cozy place in Heart of Tokyo”

Very nice hotel, friendly staff, good location, very clean, surrounded with restaurants, pubs, shopping and night life. The only strange thing that they are charging 1000 Yen for each extra hour after 10 am at departure day. It is too early time for departure. Also Breakfast table has very limited items, just bread and Banana no more. Would be great if some cheese or boiled egg added.

New Hotel In roppongi; Close to night life”

Pros: Room was clean, up to date modern equipment, air condition was cold, close to night life. 5 minute walk. Lawsons and Family Mart right outside hotel. Cons: Room was small; A big luggage would not be able to fit. Can fit 2 ppl on that double sized bed. restroom was small but standard in japan. Overall stay was 8 / 10 stars. I would recommend going again.

Double Room more like Single Room with Double Bed”

Newly opened in the same week we booked, modern reception other than lack of stair free access at the front. Smaller room than the previous small room budget Tokyo hotel we came from which to give you an idea, there was no room between the desk and chair and the bed. We could only open one large suitcase at a time and when opened, the door would smash into it. Hey ho, I'm getting used to micro room living. Nice coffee and tea machine and snack bar downstairs though.

Perfect location, nice and practical hotel”

I stayed 3 nights in this hotel and I’m globally very satisfied. The room (semi-double) was clean, quiet and very well equipped, the bed comfortable, the bathroom big enough with basic products on display, the personal very nice and ready to help. If you don’t expect a view or a fine breakfast (here you can nevertheless grab a banana, a piece of bread, some butter and jam, coffee and tea to your room) it is the perfect place. The location is excellent. The personal doesn’t really speak English but they really did their best to understand with a digital translator and answered my demands. If you are a smoker there is a tiny smoking room downstairs. For the current price I think it is a good deal in Tokyo (about 100€/night).

位置極好，方便安靜，清潔，房間雖小但是設備齊全，四周有不少食店，超市，藥妝，六本木Hills, midtown 五分鐘內可到達，員工態度很好，可以英語交流，真的十分推薦 Good location,clean and comfortable，specifically thanks to the staff for the warm hospitality.

房間極小但設備新”

雙人房房間極小，一人入住還嫌擁擠。冷氣裝在床尾不是很舒適，但旅館新，因此設備新、乾淨是很大優點。房間安靜，咖啡膠囊喝到飽。以那樣的房間大小價格有點高，但是在六本木精華地段，位置雖然不錯但要稍微找一下，離大江戶線六本木站有一段距離，若有提大行李要注意。

Perfect hotel”

这家酒店旁边就有一个24小时的松本清，非常时候各位买东西的时候入住！ The hotel is newly opened so everything is new. The room is small but you can find all the necessary stuff in the room. It also serve some bread and bananas as breakfast. The location is perfect. Only 5 minutes walk from the metro. There is a 24h-open matsumoto kiyoshi near the hotel. It is easy to do shopping as well.

不会再住”

优点：交通方便离地铁口比较近，旁边就是罗森全家、和一个家庭式超市，附近有药妆店，一家muji，和不用排队的一兰拉面。全新酒店，洗漱用品是DHC，真的很舒服。淋浴房水超大，空调带语音。 缺点：房间小到1个人住2个箱子也放不下（不能平摊），没有浴缸，窗户开的时候声音巨大，真的是巨大，因为门缝很大会有回声还是什么，睡觉肯定要关窗，一条缝也不行。床单不够干净。前台读你的名字，没有San，别说様。。。最不能接受的是，我的个人物品被用过了（别问我是怎么知道的）。 3100/4晚也不算太便宜的吧，以后不会住了。
