It was okay but a tad bit small”
The rooms are clean but a tad bit small. We could barely fit in to the bathroom to pee. The night receptionist was a tad bit rude when my partner asked where we could order dinner since we arrived late but all in all it's just an okay place

VARIOUS ISSUES, NOT VISITING AGAIN”
CRAWLING INSECTS IN THE ROOM Was given a room with crawling insects. I asked to change the room and the new room had a blocked and leaking shower basin. Water would enter the room I was sleeping. TV NOT WORKING: There was no TV remote and when asked, I was told there are no remotes in the rooms. The receptionist was so kind and offered me the Remote for the main lounge TV. I scrolled through the TV but no channels were available. When I spoke to the receptionist, he could not help. From his reaction, it was obvious that the TV was for long not functional at all. Asked for Room service menu and was told the Waiter would come to my room but never showed up. THE POSITIVE Good location: Near Kampala City, Plenty of restaurants and Bars nearby. Beautiful Gardens: Nice green Gardens for functions. Was Offered Complimentary Late check out. Overall, my 2 nights stay wasn't what I had hoped for. Won't be visiting again.

My view ”
reception staff are totally unprofessional. They do not respect the hotel's customers. The hotel room I had already booked and paid for online was given to someone else and I was forced to stay in another room. Moreover, the hotel management is not willing to take any corrective action when the hotel staff are carelessly and irresponsibly messing around the guest rooms and disturbing the comfort of the guests. What surprised and angered me the most was that the hotel staff entered my room without my knowledge and permission. That place is a disaster for me
