My husband and I stayed in APA for 10 days and we were impressed and happy with the service provided. There isn't any flaws that we could point out aside from the room being very tiny! So, if you are travelling with huge luggages, that might be a problem. It is not impossible tho (we did it!). Other than that, the hospitality and cleanliness is outstanding. The location of the hotel is great as well. It is very near the train station. Literally 1 min walk away. A few convenient stores nearby, a mini hypermarket at the back of the hotel. There are also great eateries surrounding it. Staffs of the hotel are friendly too... would definitely return to APA again.

Great value for money”
The hotel is located just outside a train line that connects directly to Narita airport. it is also within walking to all major subway and train lines so it's easy to get anywhere. There's a 7-eleven a few steps away that stocked the two types of instant noodles associated with Michelin star ramen noodle shops. when we were there. All amenity was replaced and re-supplied daily, except for bedsheet which was replaced every 4 days. Room is small but there was enough storage for 2 people if you utilise the table and under table space. The only downside is there is no onsite coin laundry machine so you will need to use external service which is also near but costs like 1,000 yen for both washing and drying and you'll need to provide your own laundry liquid as well. Personally I would also wish the mattress was firmer so if you have sore back problem this may not be for you,. Overall, we were happy with the stay and would come back here next time :)

Very comfortable and friendly staff. Good location for grocery stores, restaurants and transportation. Gotanda station is less than a block away and the bus stops 10m from the front door. Nice neighborhood.

I always use this place because there is Keisei Line (connected to Toei Asakusa Line) that connects Haneda Airport and Narita Airport. And it's close to the elevator to the platform of the Higashi-Nihombashi Station.

We stay here for 7 nights. Although the room was small, but we really enjoy our stay. No drinking bottle but drinkable water tap, as well as coffee and tea at the room. Great chain restaurant downstairs. Also in front of the hotel there's a train station with Asakusa Line, Shinjuku Line, and a JR Line. Many great restaurant and supermarket nearby which is very helpful for getting late night snack for my son. The staff was also nice and very helpful, easy check in and check out process, no fuss. Just make sure that you ask for a thicker pillow. Will stay again if I have a chance.

Staff were great and accommodating, place was just a few steps away from the train station and a 7-11 store. Will stay here again if ever I'll be back in Tokyo.

You can borrow a plug converter. There's weight scale you available. Strict Check-in at 3 PM, when we arrived it was 2 PM, and it was raining outside. We have to go out in the rain to find somewhere we can sit and wait and come back to the hotel at 3 PM to check-in.

It's a good place to stay”
It was raining when we arrived at 2 PM. Check-in time is 3 PM, we have 7 people and have to go out to find somewhere to wait until 3 PM. There is no lobby where it can fit 7 people.

The location of the hotel is superb, metro is just mins away and easy to travel from Narita airport and to many tourist attractions like Shinjuku, Asakusa and Tokyo tower. Room is clean and great service from staffs. A few nice restaurants nearby, e.g. grill bar and yakitori. There's also a supermarket just right around the corner!

Pro - it is cheaper staying here than staying in busy district. This place has convenient shop, coffee shop and few restaurant nearby. Cons - need to change train station to travel around.
