Small but really clean room”
I guess all rooms in Japan is small for this price. It's a good place to stay for adults and business travelers, staff are really friendly. Wouldn't recommend for families with young kids as it's quite a walk to and from the train stations. Overall good.

small room is within expectation, but the bed is way too soft and the pillow is flat like nothing.”
Convenient location is all I could say on the plus side. Staff made mistake about my breakfast order, and insisted that it was Agoda's mistake. Lol. So I went on to buy myself breakfast and decided not letting him to ruin my vacation, but only when I finished the breakfast, and chased out to admit that me and my family should be breakfast included.

super small rooms, relatively far from any transportation”
the hotel was ok in terms of cleaning and the rooms were in a good shape. there are many apa hotels in tokyo an by mistake we took this one. the problem with this hotel is that it is far from everything, it is even 10-15 minutes walking far from every subway station, which is a lot for tokyo. the rooms are super small compare to hotels in tokyo, we know it is the apa thing but we were jot ready for this. it was hard to open a suitcase in the room. we paid around 10000 yen for a night and it is a good deal but in a second thought we would go for something closeser to the center, or at least closer to a main metro station.

Average APA hotel that fits basic needs”
The room type is casual and the facilities are provided despite the coin laundry machine is only one. There are lots of the used bookstores out there as known. The place is in the middle of 3 railway stations so that you can take the different route in conjunction to the Tokyo areas effortlessly.

Even though room is a bit small but all I need is there. Something is just more than expected which is very good. It is located in such quiet place but lots of restaurant near by and also near the train station. There is a ice machine to serve you at 1st floor as well. I am really appriciated staying at this hotel.

Everything was great. The staff are helpful. It is located mid way between three stations: Jimbocho, Ochanomizu and Awajicho stations. It is a short walk away but the walk feels longer when you are carrying heavy luggage. I would recommend the hotel.
