This was the last hotel we booked before our departure from Tokyo and since we needed a place that was very accessible to the airport because we had 2 huge luggages to lug around, this place was the perfect choice! The cost didn’t break the bank, and the express train to Narita was literally just a few steps away from the hotel entrance. Having loads of restos, bars and shops around the bldg was also a plus. There’s a park across it as well which was a bonus as we craved for a nature-y vibe at least before we left. We booked a double room and it was just enough room for us to pack/repack our 2 big luggages before we left. Good inclusions to the standard toiletries as they even had hair ties, disposable shavers and other thoughtful things that came with the room. So far so good for APA Hotels in general for us as a couple. We’ll definitely consider them again when we go back to Japan!

The location was superb. From the Narita airport you can just take the keisei line and the hotel would be just less than 3 minutes walk from the station. It is located at Ueno so there are many places you can visit already. The room was very clean. They gave you many things such as toothpaste, toothbrush, towel and change everyday. I requested for non-smoking but got the smoking room. However I request them later for nonsmoking and they allow the change. Overall it was a great experience.

The location is perfect. Arriving in Tokyo from Narita and commuting via Tokyo Metro. Hotel is spotless clean. Front Staff was very congenial and helpful. A Hotel I shall go back to with pleasure ! Many thanks and "gambate kudasai, ne !".

If you are coming from Narita Airport and highly relying on public transport, this will be the perfect place for you to stay in Tokyo. Even if you don’t plan to do a lot of visiting in Tokyo, surrounding has a lot of places for you to visit and shop around. Will definitely come back for another stay if I ever visit Tokyo again!

The conveniently close to the train station making trips on subway, JR and Shinkansen relatively easy with or without luggage. The nearby markets are fun to walk through and offers a great selection of foods and souvenirs. The staff were very helpful and conversed in English quite well. The rooms are clean and tidy but small and therefore do not accommodate loads of luggage so keep that in mind if you pack heavy, though the hotel does offer some storage

As it is a large lodging chain, there is no dissatisfaction with facilities, sanitation, or service. The best part is that you can use the airport express train easily because it is right in front of Ueno station.

Very good hotel. It is located just opposite of the Skyliner station. Very convenient for those people who have heavy luggage(s) or with senior. The breakfast is very good, even though there are not many choices. Definitely, will come back again!!

Perfect Location”
Right across from the Keio Line Station. Also right next to Ueno Park for a nice morning walk. The room is compact but spacious enough and has everything you need. Highly recommend it especially if you are traveling from/to the airport.

excellent location”
the location is perfect. near ueno and ueno skyliner station. front is ueno park and at the back is shinobazuno pond and temple. near shopping area and food is everywhere. the only downside is the size of the room, so small. we can only open 1 large baggage at a time. and the pillow is so flat like its not there. but overall the place is excellent for couple accomodation.

When traveling from Narita Airport, it is convenient because it is in front of the station at the end of the Skyliner ride. There are restaurants nearby, and the JR line and subway station are also conveniently close. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the quality of the amenities in the bathroom is above standard. Bathroom amenity goods are also above standard quality. However, the rooms are a bit small. I would like to stay here again.

Small but comfort and excellent location”
The room is small as same as another hotel in Tokyo, but comfort with the facilities. The excellent point of this hotel is the location. It's opposite Keisei-Ueno station with a little Family Mart inside the station, and some stores near the hotel. You can walk to Shinobazu Pond (with a lake), Ueno Park, Ueno station and Ameyoko market in just 3-5 mins.

Just walk 1 minute to Keisei Station using skyline train to Narita Airport easily. Also close to Ueno Station. Microwave and ice maker are at 2nd floor. Nearby food & convenient stores. I will be back here again if I come Tokyo for leisure.

Excellent location, close to many shops and restaurants, clean, large screen tv, fridge, toiletries, parking We survived Typhoon Hagibis and an earthquake in this hotel! The hotel offered the option to check out at 5:00pm for an additional 4000 to 5000 yen.

We booked the hotel for our last night of stay. The next day we can just cross the road and take the Keisei Skyliner train to the Narita airport.
