A conveniently located hotel. Service was superb, and very clean.”
While not very near the hotel, multiple subway lines are within short walking distance from the hotel. Yurakucho Libe, Hibiya Line and Asakusa line are nearby. We are particularly happy with Asakusa Line because it goes directly to both international airports. In our case, we find it very convenient walking to Takorocho Station early in the morning for our flight. The train is not congested yet and the fare is much cheaper than other modes if transport. There are many choices around the hotel when it comes to food, and all three major convenience stores are very near. In summary, a very convenient and comfortable stay!

I love this place because it is in local place, silent and peaceful. But need to walk 10mins from the station. Staff was nice and the room is clean

It is only 5 mins walk from metro station. It is located in residential area. If you buy JR pass, be prepared that you have to pay extra transportation fee. The cleanliness can be improved. I doubt if they did change new pillow case and bed sheet as I found hair on them.

A long walk from Tokyo station to the line serving hotel. ”
Booked a double for myself which worked as small rooms. Close enough to walk to Ginza for shopping but would go for more convenient hotel next time. Staff spoke reasonable English. Just the walking time a problem.

This hotel was great! It was my first time to Japan so I was afraid of getting lost or miscommunication, but the staff were great and always responded in good time. They answered any questions I had and made sure we had a great stay. Rooms were very clean, probably smaller than what Westerners are used to, but it had everything we needed. It was also super close by to where Tsukiji market used to be. I'd come here again!

Enjoyed our stay here. Hotel room was exactly as I expected. Small but just enough for my boyfriend and I plus our backpacks. May be a tight fit if you have large suitcases. Amenities were replenished everyday and hotel room was very, very clean. Lawson is across the street for water / snacks. Metro was always at least a 5-10 min walk depending on where we were going. Would recommend.

Pretty neat accommodation in Ginza”
Not the most affordable accommodation but it does somehow give the value for the money because of how neat it is—tiny but pretty neat! It’s also near train stations, and Tsukiji Market—quite a walk under the scorching heat so make sure you get in the right station to hop in the train to Tsukiji station.

The only thing that could be better is the size of the room, very tiny! But this is something that I already knew when I booked the room. I haven't complains about this hotel.

Great location but...”
Great location where you can access 3 subway stations (different lines), but it's no lift or escalator in that 3 stations, so it's not convenience if you have a heavy luggage. But it still a good location as you can walk to Tsukiji Market and Tokyo Station within 15-20 mins. The room I stayed is good, just the bed is a bit loose that not hard enough to have a good sleep.

Small room, uncomfortable beds ”
I don’t think I slept all 4 nights. The pillows are like a thin stack of printer paper. That is how hard and thin. The bathroom is a lot like A airplane bathroom it’s so tight. Location is ok. A bit far from all the main areas.

Booked at this hotel since my usual places were fully booked. Great staff, rooms, clean, and multilingual. Great attitudes. Location was a bit off the train track but all good.

Small but nice”
Clean and well-appointed. We had enough room for our bags and ourselves, but no more. If in a couple, one of you needs to sleep against the wall and may have to crawl over the other to get up. Not a deal breaker for me, but if you are a light sleeper or have mobility issues, take note. Rooms were reasonably quiet. The lobby is super fancy and there's a handy toilet and coin laundry on the first floor, which is nice.

The location is really good only 5 minutes walk to stations. The room was clean and front counter service was nice and friendly. Bed was really comfy that I was able to sleep like a baby. Recommended!
