GREAT PLACE”
I stayed in a single room, non smoking four nights from March 1st to March 5th, 2020. It is a good place, it is really clean and the staff was always friendly and helpful. The bathroom was clean all the time and the shower with good hot water and pressure. I do not regret chosing this place at all and I definitely recommend it guys. In my room, it was available a Sanitary fabric and air freshener (Sanitary Inspector), which was really useful considering the virus situation. Therefore, coming from street, I could "clean" my jacket, scarf and jeans. The location is good, near this place you can find many restaurants and small convenience stores, so it is a good place for those people with big or limited budget. There is a subway station too and several banks. Facilities I give four stars, that's because the Hotel does not have a gym! but hopefully they get one!! (sorry, a gym fan here), but out of that, definitely a good place. The bed in my room was really soft Thank you guys.

Best hotel for location wise”
Love the location of hotel where you will pass by the shops (restaurant and etc), Lively location, safe to walk on midnight. Literally the best hotel if you're traveling by public transport

The hotel is small for couple specially if you have luggages. Location is excellent, as soon as you walk out of the hotel restaurants are everywhere and close pretty late. Close to an ATM that accept foreign bank which is super convenient. The hotel is about 30mins walk from US Embassy. I would like to come back just for the location but will find a bigger hotel next time.

Fantastique”
The hotel located in a heart of Tokyo, just 2 mins walk toward the transit. There are so many restaurants, cafes and bars around the hotel, and the food are really nice. The Donki is around 3 mins walk distance. The staff are polite and helpful. So, the hotel are good choice for vocation.

The hotel daily cost may be normal for Tokyo, but personally, I think the room is quite small. For a business traveller may be good, but for someone with 2 large bags is very small. But this is Tokyo, one of the places with one of the most expensive area per square meter...

There are plenty of boutique or new hotel with same price nearby, this hotel need to lift up room interior and hotel facilities to compete with surrounding. The hotel room way too small, and annoying while my booking with AGODA is smoking, room full of smell. Some mistake on the booking

A small hotel in a busy street near train station. Location is good room very small. Pillow is too small and soft. Overall service is ok and it is consider ok for the price you pay in Akasaka area.

Air condition can’t control by self ( hot ) can’t sleep well at all. And the 1st day check in and last day we stay room don’t have provide any water for us. Bedsheet didn’t clean well, body feel so itchy after clean.

The hotel is just good for sleeping only. The room is so small. The location is good though, very near restaurants and train.
