Very polite staff. very homey. No complimentary drink/coffee tho. towel with additional charge. no lift for heavy luggage. over all i found this nice.

If you are looking for somewhere cheap to live, then this will be a choice. However, u need to share bathroom and toilet with others. U need to walk 2 floors up the staircase, no lift is provided. And remember to bring your own towel, shampoo, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

Facile à trouver en suivant leur plan,bien placé près de la ligne Tsukuba (sorte de RER) et de 2 lignes de métro (une géré par chaque société..pratique pour se déplacer selon sa destination dans la ville).Beaucoup de petit restos bons et pas cher qui donnet des cartes en anglais, plein de superettes comme 7-11.Chambres propores. personnels serviables.Lits comfortable. Calme.

This hostel is not far away from public transportation. But if you got heavy bags or older person who has knee problem , it a little bit difficult to get to your room

Booked a private bunk room with friends and had a lovely stay. Very homey feel. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to a subway station. Easy to get to sight seeing areas around Ueno and the Sky Tree. Staff were friendly and helpful.
