Nice apartment with cool roof-windows. Please install an air-conditioner in the room, cause it was very hot to stay in the room during the daytime.

Everything speaks as a basic hostel. Never saw staff. Attic requires a lot of climbing stairs - and last part very steep. Not for the faint-headed and those not fit. All in all - you get what you pay for - and the location is just great.

80zl a night is good value for the room but separating the bathroom from the room is to be considered. The drain smells.

Nice rooms, but incredibly hot for the summer. The room was completely uninhabitable during the day. A simple fan would have made a world of difference. Also one bathroom has been refurbished and the other has not. A few guests in another room got drunk and climbed onto the roof and started screaming late at night. I wrote staff but heard nothing about it later. I did however not see the same guests the following day. The location is good, I just wished some small things could be done that would make a big difference. I absolutely would not recommend in the summer if you have any issue sleeping in the heat with all the windows open.

I understand supply and demand, but Ukrainian refugees shouldn't pay this much for such a poor service. Stop taking advantage of the situation.

Bad service. Basically, an absence of service, there is no desk, just a phone number which unreliably responds and often does not, the room was not equiped with basic furnitures and some were faulty.

the picture they show when you book has nothing to do with the real situation. There is no staff at all they give you a code via email and you enter. The room is too small. Booked a double room and they gave me a room so small hardly the size of 2 meters x 2 meters so dirty. The bathroom was clogged. The floor was clogged, shower hose leaking fully so no water was coming through the shower. The bed was with spring and you wont be able to rest. The mentioned to switch on the heater which was not working. I have full videos and photos taken. dint have time to make a full complaint. Now the rooms are on the 4th floor and the steps are so steep and height of each step is taller than the standard height. So if you even carry a small luggage you will hate it. My review is genuine and no fibs. I have taken many photos.Will look to upload it. The corridors look modern but inside is horrible. For the same money you will find super class hostels in the Old town having great quality and very clean.

There should be a lift. I was having trouble carrying stuff with my luggages upstairs. I was just lucky someone passed by and had helped me carrying them to my room in the attic. It is also looks scary.

am very upset by the poor services I received in one of your Attic single room. What you delivered is not what you promised and advertised. The room was very dirty with blood stains on the sheets. The bed had bed bugs all over and I was bitten all over my body. There is no services or services desk whatsoever to pick calls or return emails. This is very poor management of an apartment and I would like my refund. No one deserves to sleep in blood stained sheets with bed bugs. I hardly slept through the night and this is unacceptable. Such poor standards are a no.

The room completely differs from the photo, the conditions and service are very primitive at a low level. From the dishes in the room there were only two glasses, and even soap was not available. I tried to find a knife in the common kitchen but it was not there, but there was a dishwasher, be careful
